Triceps wise I wound also isolate them preferably single arm cable extensions and squeeze hard at the shortened end before going onto your heavyset work like dips.
Also – for bosh parts that aren’t growing – do more. Put some rest delt into pull day for example and finish legs off with some tri. Just an idea 🙂

Unorthodox raises isn’t a specific movement (as far as I am aware) – bud the word itself means something different so perhaps whoever you heard using the term was referring to a technique differentiation in a normal version of a lateral raise.

Yeah I would do both rep rangers in every set so have your heavy set and then your lighter set after. Both still to failure though so even your back off shouldn’t be too light 🙂

I sometimes find an exercise has come and gone before the spark has really been lit.. especially when its been a busy one with work to switch on and off from stuff!
Hey dude …. honestly. I start thinking about it before I’m even in the gym. I know the weights I need to do that day and I know they’re fucking heavy, and each week they have to get heavier.
When I’m in the gym I actually visualise myself lifting the weight before I do it. I spend a good amount of time with my headphones on with heavy metal on pre lift then I just go fucking ham on the lift.
Do or die. Every session.

I’m thinking of booking in weekly now with the chiro to keep me in check. Will cost me £ but I’m confident it will be a worth while investment.

If you’re doing a high rep set – I would hit your heavy hypertrophy range set and then hit the 20 rep set after. You’ll be surprised just how heavy you can actually go for 20 if you really apply yourself.

Adductors form a vital part of the leg from a visual perspective. The people with the thickest looking legs ALWAYS have big adductors.
Not training adductors in your leg sessions is like training training back and not doing any vertical pull down movements… you’ll end up with body parts missing and an incomplete look.
Moral of the storey. Train adductors 🙂

Sitting at 117.3kg but still feeling in decent condition considering the weight gain post show. I’ll post a pic from today to show you where I’m at 🙂
