Hard to remember your previous diet but did it become a kcal reduction now on your cruise?

Hey Jim yes it was buddy. So appetite was awesome for about 8-9 weeks post show and we capitalised on that well!! It’s literally started to slow as I went onto cruise. So food is only down a little but it’s allowed me to feel comfortable and now I can push from here. Of course we want to keep composition looking ok too and then push super hard when I go back on in 7 weeks time. ????

The new diet is awesome – really liking these meals. Appetite has been a little down so pulled a bit from rest day which has made me much hungrier come training day. Will build on this now but feeling good. 🙂

I personally prefer doing whole leg In one session but it’s personal preference so long as you’re getting enough training frequency for each body part and your recovery is good ????

Assuming low volume/progressive overload approach:
Seated ham curl x 2
Leg press x 2
Single leg pin loaded press x 2
Leg ext x 2 + drop on 2nd
Barbell hip thrust x 3
Standing ham curl x 2
Calfs x 3 (if no machine, use a barbell against a rack and place toes on a weight plate)
Just one variation for you ????

Jesse, it’s a really
Great question and I’m glad you asked . When we go back in, we do try to go back in as low as poss versus the cruise , but the sad reality is, eventually you do have to use a chunk of gear. None of us have ever been misleading there, but it’s a time and a place thing . So once joe comes out of this cruise for us to get to 125kg , tidy , we will probably end up needing 3-3.5g of drugs, if we can do it on less we really will. The issue we are worried about , is people that haven’t ever competed going in too hard , too soon and not eeeking out the most from the least. And we do genuinely have all our clients run very low first cycles. But when your an overall champ like Joe is, and the goal is a card , and this is your job, how you earn your living, we will push when we have to ???? .
Thanks for asking great questions

Makes complete sense, Thankyou Jordan for answering that so in depth. Take away from all of this is everyone is dif, the top pros (genetic elite) may be able to get away with the bare minimum. Jordan how long and what doses were you using roughly when you knew you needed to start adding in a small dose of a mild compound to hold your size?
Hey Jesse, nothing is ever taken wrongly really bud. You were just interested I see that. I can’t answer you question better than Jordan just did at all so thanks JP for jumping in on that.

It’s kind of the same principle as eating, what you had to eat to grow to a certain weight will not get you to the next weight goal. You’ll have to eat more.

Essentially and inevitably as we get bigger and bigger we will need a bit more to grow each time. Rest assured we get regular bloods and stay on top of our health. Hope you’re well mate

Yo guys. Had an Awesome day today in London. Firstly I went to see Phil Graham at his all day business seminar which was fantastic, I took so much from today from a business and Also personal development perspective with lots of actionable points I can utilise and implement straight into my business.

Then after that me and Ashlee rushed over to oxford to see Ant Middleton on his mind over muscle tour which again, was fantastic. The mans mindset is unbelievable – I’ve taken a lot from today and 100% grown as a person and businessman and I’ll continue to keep on investing and growing myself as much as possible so that I can add even more value to my own life as well as my awesome clients

Hey joe firstly this is not a stab in any way shape or form, more a question as it eludes me. But how are those doses in any way a cruise? That would be a vast majority of most people’s blast. The team all preach use as little for the most benefit but I haven’t seen dosing like this anywhere else but on this website. Even including from the top pros. Are you not setting yourself up to have to push more anabolics a blast as compared to the standard 150-200mg a week cruise
No worries at all bud. Every single one of us cruise like this, James did 400 test 200 mast, Kuba did 300 test 300 Dhb, Jamie did the same. Mark does 400 test 200 mast. Jordan does more than all of us lol. Cruise is relative to muscle mass and strength, if you have more you need more. We do promote using the absolute least, because people that don’t have our muscle mass copy us otherwise. The top IFBB pro comment, ye defo the very very top boys come off totally, but who is comparing to them, that’s the absolute genetic elite. Second tier pros, cruising on around 1g of anabolics usually

Yes keep scapula retracted During the movement and ensure a neutral spine alignment, this will help with engagement in the back muscles. You should initiate the pull with hams and glutes synergistically but overall if performed correctly you should feel the RDL in the whole posterior chain.
