Set 1 20 reps and set 2 17reps. Where the fuck that came from I don’t know but I was pretty buzzing with that especially considering I’ve been running 300mg test for over 6 months now. Really can’t wait to get back on after my fertility stuff is all good 🙂

Decided I wanted to shift some tin today so went heavier and a touch less volume today but had a killer set. Added volume by way of intensifiers today. Heavy, hard session but very good. Home to home made fajitas from Nancy. Unreal!

Coaching is going very well right now along side my own training. Obv still running my cruise whilst in fertility programme but progressing pretty well all things considered!

Example leg day
Leg ext superset with seated ham curl 7 x 8-12 – 30 secs rest
Leg press feet close/low superset with leg press feet high wide 3 sets of 8-12 – 60 seconds rest
Weighted lunges 3 x 60
Pendulum superset lying ham – 3 x 8-12, 60 secs rest
Vertical leg press superset standing single leg ham – 7 x 8-12, 30 secs rest
Standing calf – 7 x 8-12, 30 secs rest
Seated calf – 7 x 8-12, 30 secs rest
Anterior tibialis curls – 3 x 15-20, 60 secs rest

Anyway chest and delts yday I really like the session lots of supersets and fst7s – crazy silly volume but I’m loving it. Optimal? No. Muscular damage? Hell yeah 😂
On we go with the higher volume shit and I’m liking it more and more.

Just goes to show it literally doesn’t matter what you do – the only thing that really fucking matters is effort. End of. Empty your tank on whatever you do and you will force adaptation.
It’s just really fucking hard to do on certain things, and that’s why most people focus on being ‘optimal’. Have a day off lol

i been reading through this thread, been absolutely incredible to follow.
I had a question on your prep with Patrick, i noticed you didn’t utilize tren/winstrol for the prep, but more so anavar/halo… what was the thought process behind that? personal preference? or something Patrick advised,Hey buddy sorry I missed this man! Yeah so basically I cannot take tren it really makes me not feel myself in a bad way and I decided 3 years ago never to take it again, and instead I use Halo for its hardening and strength properties. Very good used pre workout imo. And Patrick said anavar impacts muscle fullness and strength through improved adp/atp resynthesis better than Winstrol does. So halo and anavar was a very good combo for myself. So a bit of both – personal pref and Patrick’s advice.

Took him through one of my high volume leg days and he said out of the 20 pros he’s trained with so far our session was the hardest one … I’ll take that! Haha class session then a good sit down chat/interview for a separate video (same series) overall such a good day catching up with Josh. Going to be in bits tomorrow!

Will be the first time I’ve ever done anything like that so that pretty cool. Was down there filming some content today and then trained back after. Great session and the new gym is sick! Super clean and well done. Cool lighting and gym layout and highly recommend for anyone visiting London 🔥
