    Ok final week, macro rejig.

Training day now 140c/47f/375p , rest day 50c/67f/375p

am hit at 7x15s on, 75seconds off pm liss at 30 mins

Weight today was 250.6 , 13 pounds heavier then a week out from Brits. V happy indeed with that, as calipers are all leaner , so if can get dry and full. It should be a decent showing, I am about 5-7 pounds off being peeled , but I’m not sure if pushing down to Corinne’s condition would of sucked down my thickness, I hit a great run mid prep where my lifts sky rocketed and I grew v well, it was the best phase of progress I have made in small time frame ever I feel. I can’t even explain how or why it happened… But lift progressions will do great things to your physique 🙂

Legs yday was last heavy session, was v hard and I spent all yday in a grump as I felt abused all day, hammies in eve sucked and pm liss I fell asleep on the bike whilst doing it lol!

Today’s sessions so far gone well

I am adding more upright row and face pulls to sessions, enjoying how much these target upper traps and rear delts

I plan to run food low til thurs then carb up. I am hoping to deplete down a few pounds ready to supercompensate when carb up.

Hey Matt, no never – always hungry and always fin meals , and no I don’t ever give in to cravings. In offseason my meals are balanced and give enough energy and variarion that I don’t ever crave , in prep now I am too tired to crave or care about food, mostly just want to rest/sleep

The ad product won’t do anything other then increase how much you pee out water , it’s meant for comps/ peaking

I would use common sense, if you want to enjoy food then relax and enjoy it and that is that. If don’t want to get too fat don’t eat much crap or drink too much

On return just pick up where left off training wise and if fat do 30-40mins extra cardio a day and reduce your carbs by 50-100g a day until that body fat is gone again 🙂

    Ok superb weekend at Brits

I had 6 clients compete in end ( two pulled out) , four placing top 6 , my two that pulled out im certain would Also of placed top six , but next year they will be In the mix

Training is going great , lifts all still on the up. I am really tired now , weight is bouncing between 247 upto 252 this weekend ( prob stress ensuring everyone peaks, as I handle peak week day to day to ensure it all goes bang on instead of a weeks plans in one go) , this morn back at 247 . Everywhere is in still apart from Glutes , lower back last few days has come in nice.

Food wise I’m running 200c/375p/27f training day , 100c/375p/47f non training day. Doing hit now every morning , and 30 mins Liss every evening. Training days 2 weights sessions one late morning and one early evening – I am surprised it’s taking this much work to get the rest off, food is low and energy output is v high , but needs must, I want to place at this show 🙂

Rob atm deep tissue twice a week and 10 mins stretching end of each session – hitting the body part I trained

Jack, takes time – but stick with it 🙂 , think progression – think greater fitness in sessions , more muscle, greater potential to burn fat 🙂

I haven’t chased properly on the bike yet, been v tired last few days , but nearly there 🙂

Hey buddy, I get bloods 3-4 times a year , if they allow me to push on I will. Now at end of this year I need a break as bloods simply won’t allow to carry on, I won’t risk my health… I am patient , Unlike most who don’t care or actually realise they will grow more if bloods are good and body is happy.

Top pros I feel are genetically blessed to be able to push on and get v few adverse side effects and their bodies can take running high doses year round for years on end, some pros can’t handle it but do it anyway; these guys don’t last long in the pro ranks. So after my show in two weeks il get my blood work, we will see where it’s at and take the needed break to ensure all is good before re upping doses, this maybe 3 months, this maybe 6 … However long it takes is Irrelavent as if don’t listen to these markers, you will be forced to stop when body tells you to get lost.

Hdl can be helped a lot by citrus bergamont. This is v v effective for lipids

Vit k and garlic will help heart, Bp etc

All you have listed is Superb. I would add evening primrose as need gla , and when body is getting tired I would look for adrenal support yin builder and licorice by poliquin are superb

Coconut oil doesn’t slow food absorbtion, it’s an medium chain triglyceride so is used very quickly as energy

I like it a lot. Used it for a long time , still nothing has trumped cyclic Dextrin for absorbtion/ stomach stress mid session

I don’t do this between meals, but I will have people top up meals with eaa or bcaa that are low protien meals in the later phases of diet when meals are less protein sparing , so pro veg meals will be looking to Max out protein synthesis as some of the protein is likely to be converted to glycogen via gluconeogensis

I would disregard the fibre and solely count carbs. If doing this a while then it’s a constant, plus I don’t like masses of fruit in diets. I have berries in for their antioxidant properties, pineapple for its digestive aids

Nope crack on, 20 weeks of this would be fine no problem provided fat keeps dropping ever so slowly and you retain all muscle

I see no benefit at all, the body wants and needs food. In my opinion it was created by ppl that couldn’t be bothered to prep food/ too lazy to eat. Constant supply of nutrient dense protein rich High fibre foods cannot be beaten for health , performance and body composition
