2-3 sets a body part , 3 sets on areas you consider weaker , 2 sets on everything else . Triceps needs to be in upper , you can’t have them in lower the day after pressing.

But I can’t eat as much on those cycles , and then the primo bejng 100mg/ml is a pain if I’m wanting to hit like 3G total . So it’s then just worked out way easier in all ways to use nandrolone. Defo not as healthy , but I accept that , I am literally immaculate with all other aspects of my life so I’m happy to use nandrolone

Same question again, this makes it simple . Look at people with muscle . What ranges are they doing? ( I’m not sure how you can compare what people with no muscle say vs the thousands with muscle who lift in very clear ranges you can see with your eyes ) all you gotta do is use your eyes .

Amazing work mate , keep going ! I was 150 pounds when I was 16/17 when I was playing rugby still , so it’s very very very doable if that’s the goal . It’s just consistency that’s all 🙂

Joe to then just support what Kuba has said here , if we use our eyes , how many more huge huge huge guys use 8-12 ? Vs 4-6 ? , infact name me even just 3 legit big guy that use 4-6 lol? 😂 . Does that not tell you something ?

Amazing 🙂 , so knowing that , you instantly know what your trying to achieve with the split when it comes to volume . Literally if someone understands what you have said , then the rest clicks into place
At your weight , you can start sessions with anything you want , pick an area you most want to see step forward the most first , hit it with 2-3 sets , and then order the sessions in that priority , 2-3 sets per body part
Stick biceps at start of legs , as it’s easy and gets them done and then again order in whatever you like for glutes / hams / quads , 2-3 sets each
