While using exogenous thyroid meds, there is no issue when it comes to impact on natural thyroid. I can’t see how an amino acid like L carn can have anything but a positive effect on things also
I personally don’t like yohimbine, I used it for years and just literally only saw water retention and negative sides

Leg ext x 8 x 7
Hip thrust x 5 x 5
Single leg press good leg x 7 bad leg x 14
Abductor x 8 x 5Upper back row x 8 x 5 x 3
Upright row x 5 x 5Calf press x 5 x 5 x 5 x 4
The bad leg single leg felt much better ! Still with the super adjusted form to protect the leg but I did 6 plates x 14 and then the good leg was 9 plates x 7 proper form , im 6 weeks post injury today.
The left leg is visually down a fair bit which is super frustrating , I have 12 weeks until I woikd need to start prep and I’m not sure at all now if it’s going to be back to where it was , I will do my absolute best
Plus sides , im happy with upper bod

I’m really keen to do more , but I have a bit more of my own story to pursue first before I really get stuck into the mental side of things . I have very deep feelings when it comes to hard work and Progress but I have just been a little more quiet around it atm as I have my own work to do and my own obstacles to beat first before I feel like I can pick back up helping others with theirs

I will add , I can only imagine how hard it must be when you have to fight even harder, than say i do , for things that I probably take for granted. But that doesn’t take away the fact
You are in control! You can study more ,
You can get hired into well paying jobs if you do the work , you can get yourself to a point of financial freedom! The issue isn’t with the reality of those two positions

I really want to get back onto the modified full bod, im confident tmo I can do actual work on the hurt leg on the Rodger’s leg press if I do it in the adjusted form I spoke of before , it’s still not close to actual work of using the whole leg power but it’s the best I can do for now , so I will get back to that tomorrow

BG reader is to show us simply how efficient our body is being over time
So your eating normal meals , your BG will do predictable things , when you add growth hormone this changes it and that needs monitoring , or if food gets super high , or both
That’s literally it , it’s there to check that out BG is doing what we expect and when it doesn’t we make an adjustment

If I get 0.5kg a session I’m happy. I don’t get rep jumps once I’m adjusted into the lift very often
