If you haven’t been injured , once you are , you will know what I mean by sensation but not biting , it’s very clear when it’s a bite , it’s a sharp pain, sensation isn’t pain, it’s just real feedback of , hey be super careful . That’s where I want to be working , in that sensation area . You can’t do anything with any power , so eccentric and concentric are 4-5 seconds , your just literally feeling the movements and seeing if you can do them without a bite . Tmo, will try setting 1
, pin 1 + 5 , + 10 etcBy 7 days post I should be on pin 3

MemberDecember 18, 2024 at 8:44 am in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSOne thing I will add , this tear has defo fucked a few areas up , the area to the left of my pubic bone is also so tender I can’t touch it at all , so that isn’t even adductor , so we will see what happens with that
I don’t bother with scans unless I feel like there is a rupture , reason being, it doesn’t really serve me personally any benefit , maybe because I know how to rehab , but when you get hurt , the pain is going to be your feedback , don’t take painkillers , don’t ice it ! It all needs to swell and be in pain the first few days so you can really feel what is what , this will let you know quickly how much you can move . Like I know I can walk , but not well , and I know I can’t get up/down off things yet , so this is good feedback that wouldn’t be ideal , maked by anti Inflammatory drugs
Once sitting , I can extend the knee pain free , so I’m still confident I can single leg ext tmo, will it be stimulus ? Even 20 rep to failure ? I don’t know yet , but I think within a week, I can get stimulus at the quad and ham , and that’s key really . And then the moment I can , I will sit in tbe adductor machine every session and just flush it with blood on pin 1 , moving super slow . I expect that to be another week until I can do that , and then literally we are off , daily blood flow 🙂

BUT , it doesn’t change anything , I will compete and I will win , it’s one small area of a body part that once it’s not moving , doesn’t hurt
Which means push today , I will have to restart diff movements where I don’t leg drive at all , which is fine by me
I was 277 this morn , slight food bump agajn today , I will post it later
