It seems to cause a shit ton of water when added to test , so at 300 test + 800 nandrolone , that’s going to be messy as fuck !
100 test is all you need to cover test functions , and then add nandrolone ontop , you could then easily run 1g nandrolone ontop of that and it still be alright water wise

No , many people have protein and fat meals pre training .
Think of it as a petrol tank in your car , if your tank is full from filling it the day before, it’s still full! You don’t need more immediately before a journey . Our body stores glycogen in the same way , if you have carbs the night before and the morning of , your glycogen stores are more than full and the immediate pre meal is then solely about digestion leading into the session

Do you feel good going into session?
I have 40g carbs in my pre meal , that’s about 5 percent of my daily carbs , I then have another 40g during , another 5 percent . That is ideal for ME

You don’t necessarily have to eat any at all , in that if you have had carbs through the day and the day before, glycogen is stored and your ready to go . I have a very small carb meal pre as I prefer to have less in my stomach and I can train harder doing that and then sipping performance fuel across the session . That is my preference

Doesn’t work like that Either . Gh use in for a few weeks , then check fasted glucose readings to check your waking in range , this will be the best way to quickly show that your sensitivity is still where it needs to be

Ours are patented raws via the friends of the sea brand . Unless your seeing that or another patented brand , it’s then just your bog standard omega that could literally be made in any way at all / might even be rancid .

There is none , that’s not its use at all . It has absolutely nothing to do with fat loss or a cal deficit. It’s to track your ability to use carbs by reflecting the rate of glucose in your blood . If your body can store them Quickly, it shows insulin sensitivity is high , if blood glucose stays high , it’s a reflection of poor insulin sensitivity. We use it in an offseason and typically around gh use to see how much gh is impacting our ability to use carbs .

What your describing / the guy on IG , is an extremely fast way to max out and stall on a lift as you can’t add contractile Tissue fast enough to support the lift you have performed by going silly with the mental trauma to produce the force . That’s not bodybuilding , that’s not muscular contraction , yes you you can lift more but you haven’t done that because you have adapted by adding more muscle .
I’m not telling you what to do , I literally don’t give a shit what anyone else Does . But I’m telling you that is not bodybuilding which is a fact as you haven’t built more tissue to create contractile force to lift the weight.
So the next question , do you see any Olympian bodybuilders in any class , spazzing out before sets ? No , because if your trying to be a bodybuilder it’s really stupid . The goal is stimulus that is replicable
I have said , when I do that , I have literally gone , ok I’m going to concede for a moment that I’m a shit bodybuilder by doing this and just going to try to lift as much weight as I can
So point in case again , I can overhead press 5 plates on the smith at peak strength but only super revved , I can’t do it not super revved , so I haven’t built the muscle to do it . So instead of wasting time , effort , risk of injury getting super revved just to lift the weight all things that a good bodybuilder wouldn’t do , I can just be a normal level of focused lift the weight I can do and in time build the muscle to keep producing ever increasing force
