I honestly don’t have an answer for these , because of how I train , I always have something like this , and I just crack on if I feel it’s not going to cause me any actual issue . If you train really really hard , something will always hurt a bit imo

Calf x 7 x 6 x 5 x 5Really happy !! Everything was the strongest it’s ever been on the pieces , and the accuracy was superb

The same as literally every single other person that is good and competes that you can see competing atm Posting their training vids. Train as hard as poss and crack on . You have asked this like there is a choice , once past the training as hard as poss bit . Whatever is gonna happen to strength is gonna happen . Train as hard as poss , get lean , if your dieting at an appropriate rate , it won’t be a big deal

I personally get on superbly well with nandrolone and if test is low , I hold very little / if any water , it visually looks the same as primo + test FOR ME
I think the question for me mostly is why do you feel you need a 3rd compound ? What do you think that brings ?

Rest day doing that recovery wisePush today , iffy pec but it was able to do a lot more than I thought
Pec dec first x 9 ( this was normal working , the angle must not get the popped fibres )
Prime shoulder x 5 x 7 x 4 ( all fine )
Mid incline smith , I needed somewhere I could feel the eccentric before the press , did 10/side x 8 , 20/side x 8 , 30/side x 8 , 40/side x 6 , 50/side x 6 , 60/side x 6 , 70/side x 5 , I stopped there . I could of done 4 plates a side I think ! But I was being very very careful
Granite chest , I set the start point one deeper , it meant I needed a full pullout to the start point as I couldn’t even get behind the machine , but it meant then I started at lockout , and then I went super deep into the stretch which actually is safer for me when I do that as a start point to rehab , and rebuild a press from there , I did 4 sub max sets of 6 here , again didn’t go near failure , but was very pleased
Laterals all normal 7 6 5 5
Pushdowns normal 10 4 7
Abs 7 7 7
Calf 7Very happy , next session will build on that / lower the feeders , get an actual tricep press set in too

In tbe bb world , people are obsessed with asking questions they should never ask anyone else
The question I want to ask you now, because you have the exact data, how much have you been able to gain each month and it seem to stay fairly clean ?
( see how this has gone from you asking me, me having zero clue because I have never seen you , to me asking you and you will be able to give me a very precise answer lol. So the real real question is , why would you ask me in the first place lol? This is the part I simply don’t understand with bodybuilding atm
