It’s not 3-4 sleeps , it’s 3 or 4 sleeps . So 3 sleeps 2-4 , 4 sleeps 6 , 5 sleeps can do as much as you want tbh but you want get anything more beyond 6-8

Andrew , so at every 3 sleeps , the parameters are , 2-4 sets per body part , 15-16 sets a session, start with weaknesses .

MemberNovember 15, 2024 at 2:23 pm in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSHeya bud , it’s a good question , I feel like at 3G total a week I can still eat , I don’t feel too bad mentally, I don’t feel too lethargic , a lot of that is drug choice too , and for me I can never really run high test , I have never ever been able , so moderate test + / primo / eq/ nandrolone all feel ok , obv mast too but I have never really been able to tell what that brings muscle building wise , I seem to add more muscle when running other things .
The biggest factor for me is the gh and insulin , atm my gh is 3.6 , I take it before bed and I have no insulin as my BG is fine on that dose of gh .
If I take a bit more gh I then need a little insulin and then all of a sudden I’m up 3 more pounds water and then instantly I feel shit !
In the past when I got huge huge , I just endured it , but now , I actually can’t . I can train harder than ever , but I can’t happily endure the feeling the drugs cause , and I think it’s a mental thing knowing that so many people I know are now dead . 2017 /18 when I got huge huge before , everyone was still alive , and then boom , Matt Porter , Luke , Meadows , Bostin are all dead and I was chatty with them all , Piana too but I never crossed paths with him . So I’m very very aware that I don’t want to die from this shit , as I know in a few more years my feelings towards it will change and I will want to really enjoy life / travel etc
I realistically think I won’t get back to the size I had before , but I’m also ok with that as I just can’t do what I did before

Eg , 1 x 10 is much worse than 2x 3
So the actual question first is what frequency are you training at ?

Retract your scapula hard , that’s it , what does feel have to do with anything ? If you retract your scapula and drive your elbows back , what do you think is moving the weight ? Do that progressively , without using momentum , those muscles grow . Feel , is entirely , irrelevant

Just be sure the amino intake / whey intake is high enough , the absolute first thing i would be doing is getting a shake in , 50-60g protein , and then alongside that hydrating and having some carbs that digest fast
