Can I do 2 or 3 sets of leg curl with an eod approach ? Or is it just 1 set if I also have a stiff leg in there?
I want to know , I like knowing the ins and outs of everything 🙂

Legs is always the same , it just has more/less leg ext
If it’s upper it starts with the same press movements As push
So what changes ? Pull
Work is either fresh or after push and that

I feel like 400 is such an epic dose , some of the other bjj lads that I have spoken to have all said 400 is a sweet spot where they feel awesome , but don’t feel it on their cv , most of them too on 200/200 , test + mast or primo
The health stack that we make would be what you need , it makes such a huge diff

Monday and Wed would be ideal , the focus needs to be on key lifts
So Monday :
Squat variation 2 sets 4-6 reps
Hip hinge variation 1 set 4-6 reps
Leg curl variation 1 set 6-8 reps
Ohead press variation 2 sets 4-6 reps
Dips 1 set 8-10 reps
Machine row 2 sets 4-6 reps
Db curl 2 sets 8-10 reps
Ab machine 2 sets 8-10 reps
Calf raise 2 sets 6-8 repsWed
Bench press 2 sets 6-8 reps
Narrow grip press 1 set 8-10 reps
Lat pulldown 2 sets 6-8 reps
Lateral raise 2 sets 6-8 reps
Db preacher curl 2 sets 8-10 reps

So defo green light to re pick back up what I wanted to for the eod legs
I will still toggle between my splits , so please defo spare me the , have you now stopped doing X , it’s painful , this isn’t IG lol , defo understand that I’m going to be constantly mixing my frequency up based on feeling things out
Rest tmo and then I will hit leg pull thurs , i obv did pull today but in 2 sleeps my back is ready to go again no issue and I will be able to progress lifts

Heya mate , I hope the recovery all goes well and the rest of the ops do
So I can only say what I would do and that would be increasing my hgh dose to 4iu and if I was only on 400mg total anabolics , I wouldn’t lower that at any point over the next 12 months
Please know I’m not advising you do that , but that is absolutely what I would do and I wouldn’t be worried about any health implications provided I was checking blood pressure and staying ontop of health supps

Buddy , over 3 years you have had all the exact same info , nothing has changed and every year you ask questions as if you have had another year of putting absolutely zero action into progress
What is going on ?

I really struggle with these questions a lot . The realism is , if you did this machine for a year straight , took your body weight up 40 pounds , would you of made immense chest gains , yes , literally huge . And that would be the case with barbell , db , hammer strength –
Literally anythingOnce you are HUGE , and still want more chest , then this question becomes a lot more relevant
