So I was having some bad lcl issues a few months back I couldn’t shake that would flare super hard after each leg session . Hit it hard initially with a bpc,tb,kpv,ghkcu run for a few weeks to really settle it down , then since , have been doing 1000 of each a day but 1600 ghkcu and no issues back in the knee at all!

No . That’s not what insulin does . Why would he stay lean from using Lantus !!?
Insulin use is due to declining insulin sensitivity which in bb would only occur when using exogenous GH
No GH , no need for insulin as your body is more than capable of storing all the carbs
The ONLY reason is if you have a genetic issue that makes you predisposed to higher hba1c and your still pretty damn intent on pushing the boundaries of bb

I was 269.7 this morning , it’s a HUGE amount of water , as I was zero GH , 700 test , Winnie , clen , primo . To now this , so I would say 15 pounds of water no joke , I would drop that in 2-3 weeks just from a drug adjust and went back to the exact cycle including clen .
I’m going to keep going until end of November and then 8 week diet I would say , I will lower to 3g total when I diet. And then be nicely set up for another push 🙂
I am actually excited to show my glute progress . My glutes were small before and after a couple years hammering them , they are now a real strength and changed so so much

There has to be some interference in glucose uptake from the insulin antagonism of the GH , so when carbs are super high at the workout perimeter and then GH is there I can few things aren’t digesting as clean as now. I think immediately out of the gate post diet , the GH high dose split actually helps as your too insulin sensitive and go reactive hypo non stop , so this stops that , but then now my carbs are at 800 , the pre bed makes sense 🙂 , and my

T3 js in place of endogenous production , I don’t bother dropping to have the interim period of zero thyroid while body kicks up its own production .
