    Mobility and flexibility , changes of direction at high speeds , jumps and landings . I would look at how actual athletes train , jumpers especially . If you train like that you will look epic still , they all do , and be able to basically do anything with your body . Training that focuses around jumping is very fun too

    Yes , a lot of us do / have .

    Everything the lesser dose does , but more . That obv comes with the sides too , more water retention , more glucose inhibition and decline in insulin sensitivity

    Heart size is increased a lot ! Everyone’s will of that’s used gear. I am just lucky that my blood work stays intact. My point was some will argue test is healthier than nandrolone because of the lesser heart fibrosis occuring, but the realism is , at 4-5g of drugs it’s all shit , so just take whatever feels the best at least

    Frequency would be the answer to that question , what frequency are you repeating those movements ? The fly and db press will cause more recovery demands than the 2/2/2 , as the fly and db press load the stretch more so . This is where exercise selection then is key as too much stretch work is hard to recover from

    Great push session , I’m still just deciding finally on the combo of where the test , nandrolone , eq will fall . All of it is unhealthy as shit , and I’m not that fussed by that being what leads my decision making ( that sounds bad , but I’m stopping really soon, so if one is higher than the other for the next period , irs not going to be the diff in health)

    I am keen to keep that water off , but also , really do not want to skew the overall feel of the cycle , so it defo lends itself to staying more so what I was doing before and then just working in a small bit of nandrolone to get the stuff in tbe mix it does that the others don’t do , vs trying to fully manage water with it .

    I will update where I land with it , but for now just know it’s the total anabolic load , from those 3 , with a couple bottles gh a day split through the day .

    I am so fucking amped to get past all time size in this run , it’s taken me a while to get back to this point and it’s all been a bit meh until now and not particularly exciting for me as I have seen things bigger before , but mow in here , I am close to it being new size and it’s very very exciting , as then I look and go, hmm that’s cool , instead of looking and going pfft boring lol .

    Plus I’m in such a good place mentally and have been for months and months now , basically all year after like Jan/feb time , it’s been so insanely positive and I’m by far the happiest I have been in the last few years , where everything clicks into place so easily , as I’m able to work so damn hard . I can feel also that I can easily maintain this work capacity and will not falter . Man once bodybuilding is done , I will be like a crack addict for work , as I will need something to focus all of my energy on entirely , so that’s going to be incredibly fun too

    Not normal , I feel test , the more test I take the more I feel it . I feel nothing off mast or primo . Nandrolone and eq I can feel and I know whah the diff feels like vs test . But you should defo feel the test. More focus , drive , the want to fucking smash everything you touch . I know that will be diff in some than others , but test makes me a fucking savage 😂

    The biggest issue I can feel , is you get used to a lead hormone . I would run nandrolone as my lead for ages and was very used to it and shifting to test felt very odd , I’m now the other way around and instantly I can feel how much I prefer higher test , it makes me a fucking cunt to deal with I will say that , but I have also made moves even faster and taken even bigger risks to move us forward in the last 6 months ! I have started 2 new companies because I am in Perma ruthless mode and it is entirely impossible to fuck with my mindset , so i don’t really want to shift off thsh just to hold less water lol

    So test raises e2 much more than nandrolone , much much more , and then sodium retention from test is much higher than nandrolone . So if Eveyrhjng is from test we are getting super high levels of e2 which we can mitigate but even lowering e2 , test causes more sodium retention than nandrolone .

    The downside is it raises progesterone , which then interacts with estro and then can cause gyno a lot easier , as despite systemic e2 levels being lower , the progesterone e2 interaction ramps up receptor activity at the chest a lot! This isn’t an issue for me but is for many

    It has a stronger mg for mg ability to build muscle due to its increased nitrogen retention ability , its androgenic levels are much lower so its anabolic leveks are higher so everything happening from its effects are greater at the muscle vs the whole body .

    It causes increases in local igf levels

    It increases collagen synthesis

    So if you don’t take it , you miss all those things , if you do , you get what nandrolone does , hence the addition . How j then slide it up or down is based on water retention
