And the triseba ye that’s a small tweak but hopefully adds more stability . The brunt of the work is the anabolics , total gh and then that insulin is facilitating
The last push had no nandrolone in , this one is very nandrolone heavy , so again see what that yields . I’m absolutely certain I get 5-6 pounds new muscle again in the next 15-16 weeks and I blow way past everything lift wise I have ever done by a long long way

MemberNovember 9, 2025 at 5:58 pm in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSI just grew the most I ever have in a 15 week push , I didn’t get sick , or show any signs of inflammation , I didn’t need a single rest day and did that while juggling a multi million pound brand 🙂 . I will get the same again in the next 15 weeks .
Right now I’m at pretty much all time size , that’s 100 pounds of actual stage weight since I started . It’s an amount that I guarentee you cannot even comprehend in terms of gains , so then getting 110/120 pounds which is what I want , takes what it takes .
I KNOW more drugs will result in a better outcome , you just don’t think it does as you aren’t close to needing those amounts .
You can follow the log , watch me grow the fastest I ever have again, and then draw whatever conclusions you want 🙂

I do need to sub the hyper and glutinator soon , as they are stalling a little and I could do with some novel glute stimulus . My 3 new glute pieces I’m doing for granite have landed and we built them today, so next leg session I should be on them
When I train like I did today , it’s a bit of a reflection moment , as I flew through the session , I got in so much quality work , was huge pbs with perfect form and stimulus , but that was doable because of holding 10 pounds less water . So for this next push im going to rejig , after I have thought about it , as if I can train like that today where I just have a bit better fitness , I can get myself the last bits of muscle I’m looking for before I prep . So I will go :
700 test
3g nandrolone
1.3G eq2 bottles of GH as planned , with 13-15iu triseba
And then des/igf pre and post
25 t3 , no t4
I’m confident keeping that extra bit of water off with the above will do what I need. I mean running 5g is a bit of a joke anyways ( I’m probably one of the few that will be actually honest when they do it , so again I will document it all like the last push phase of it )
Gh im going to split , am / pre / pre bed , for as long as digestion and feeling ok allows .
I think this cycle will feel easier than the last , the last one was hard , I can endure anything when I focus , but it was real hard , so if this one keeps 6-7 pounds less water on me , I think I will get that bit more from the training.
Mito stack is the same it’s been for ages .
The last few sessions I have been using dial in pre workout which feels amazing !

So if you want something helpful from me in how to train hard , truly hard . Just take a small second before each set and turn it into a moment where it’s a chance to win . It’s you vs the set ( it’s really you vs you ) . I create those moments usually before every single set . Most times you won’t see it or know ( everh now and then it spills out and I fully lose my fucking shit ) . But that’s where that saying do not miss comes from . That’s you vs the set . Do not miss in any way , in execution , in intent , in focus ; in desire , in effort ! And when you get tired , dig down deeper and find more ! That’s when you really rummage around in ur mind for fuel , as all the fuel is there , it’s unlimited , you just have to find it 🙂

For me it’s because I have been doing it over and over and progressed my lifts to such an extent that the loading is so high that any lift takes every single ounce of my whole body and mind to do . That is when it’s hard training, because I wake up broken , literally broken , I sit on the edge of the bed every single morning for 10 seconds before I can get up , and then I go and lift things I have no business lifting . That’s why yours looks different as you aren’t carrying what I do / they do mentally from the moment you wake to the sets occurring. The places I have to go mentally to over come thah fatigue too, brings a level of aggression and rage that is not replicable unless it’s authentic . I draw on every bit of pain some sessions , all the shit that I carry through my life , the memories I have of my mum leaving me when I was 3 etc etc . Thag is why many people’s sets won’t look like mine
