My bp just now was 129/88 . I can get so so fit when I need to. I can get fitter than I can stronger in terms of natural attributes

I had never ran a 3g test cycle + the 2 bottles gh , I moved off 13 pounds water in what , a week ? And I can see I have a few more pounds to come off, so prob 16-17 pounds water . I have never held that before so it made it really hard to see when it’s that much , how much was messyness or not . Well once it came off I could see instantly that I’m still really fucking lean! So that’s diet over lol. Back to the main Cycle and continue for more
Only diff is I will instead of the 3g test , run 2650 and instead have 50mg nandrolone a day / 350 a week , just for some of the stuff nandrolone can bring to the table that test and eq cannot !
So we looking at 2650 test , 1500 eq , 350 nandrolone , 2 bottles gh . That’s a wild cycle , but fuck it , it’s about who has the most muscle and then is the most conditioned , I want to be both ! And I can endure the fuckery of that cycle ( just )
I got some triseba today off hilly as he was down for the athlete shoot . Whenever I’m stuck to get stuff Hilly usually finds it for me 😂 , literally the most resourceful human I know ! so will see how that feels instead of Lantus , at 13iu a day still
T3 is just 25 , no t4
I really want to squeeze out another 14-16 weeks on this. I’m already at all time strength , so I think literally from here getting as far as I can past that will do a job and then I suppose it’s prep time and see what can be done on a stage.
I am very ready to crack on with the rest of life now after this too and for me to turn the TBJP brand into what I know it can become , we are on track to do our 3rd consecutive £1M turnover month , and this is before anything to do with Dubai , or other areas . I can clearly see the path to doing £2-3M turnover months , but it will take every ounce of my focus and energy to manage it, which I’m very very up for .

If you like tren over orals , do it that way . Eveyrhtjng I ever do , EVER . Can always be answered by “ because I like how it feels “ .so orals feel better than tren for me , so they go in

If you change all your pressing in general to 5-9 , for all sessions , so every single press set regardless of heavy/ light , is changed to 5-9 I think they will all move forward again . Do you have a secondary machine you can also use instead of mid incline smith ? Pick 2 diff machines so the smith which loads the lengthened a little more is subbed for something that is a little harder to lockout so then causes less recovery demand. The Frequency is the key , so training at profiles that allow for it , are important

I think people focus too much on sodium and not enough on potassium . Your sodium intake isn’t an issue provided it’s balanced by potassium .

Potentially you may squeeze more fat loss from fasted cardio with GH and yohimbine vs cardio at another point in the day because of fatty acid mobilisation . But when we then just factor in steps and overall
