Lo salt , like I said above , it’s higher in potassium. Google “ lo salt “ , buy it , change your himayan salt to that, will fix your sodium to potassium issue

It’s not too much provided your potassium intake is high enough . I use lo salt that’s 66:33 potassium to sodium and it sees me in a good spot

A week of 700 test and 700 mast and your at the hormone levels that would take maybe 3 weeks to get to on the 350/350 , so then you skip the couple weeks lag while waiting to get to peak levels .

Add 3ml to the vial , so then 1ml = 33.3mg , so then 10iu is 3.3mg ( 3330mcg) , so then 9u / day will be perfect . I split mine am / pm
If you do add any others , like bpc/kpv/tb , you then don’t need as much ghkcu as the combos stack insanely well

Getting estro in control a touch is wise , I think 0.5mg adex x 2 a week will then see it drop into an ideal range
Get the viral and heart care and adex jn , retest BP daily and then jn 4 weeks re run bloods 🙂

I will be back up a little tmo as it’s a rest day and then I expect to continue down ro 258 ish by end of next week where then I think I will hold , and then make another cal adjustment . I’m happy! I would say my glute ham are much better than before , which was a big goal , chest , shoulders arms are about the same , maybe a tiny bit behind but I will have them surpassed it comfortably in the next push . My back thickness is the only thing I can see that is a bit down still but I will have it matching by end of next push , before I start to diet
I have 3 new glute pieces arriving today , which we will get to work on making better , they are prototypes . One is a standing hip thrust , one is a kickback machine and one is a keeling thrust .
All in time as I have very much maxed out my current glute machines and need a break off them after months and months of hammering away at them

Defo no shame ! The ghkcu has actually made my skin “ nice “ , for the first time ever lol. And I fucking love slu , I’m taking 3 caps on wake and 3 before training and my fitness and drive in training is absurd .
Are you getting rhe 100mg ghkcu? ( I advise this if the goal is to have the best skin possible as then you can use 3000mcg a day and the bottle last a month )
