    I would have a decent physique , and probably still be fairly big , but I train quite differently to most , so I’m sure I could of eeked out a lot.

    You have nailed it with the retention of muscle aspect , and at 250 test I didn’t retain all my size for the record but I defo held most of it , I was slowly dwindling down . I have a pic at the end of the 250 test period , that I will post compared to how I look when combined with the 700 primo ontop when I’m finished with it.

    Do I think you can do very well just using 250 test and then very very moderate doses ontop, yes yes yes . You could easily have 200 test as your cruise , and then blasts would be 250 test + 400-700mg primo , or a combo of say dhb+ primo , and you would stay really quite healthy indeed and if you can train hard enough and eat well, build a really damn hold physique

    Absolute pleasure mate, I have always been very open about anything and everything I do, no reason to stop now 🙂 , just diff thoughts running through my head at the moment , which is odd for me, as I am a very decisive person in all aspects prior to this .

    So lets see how this unfolds from a physical ( my body ) , mental and then physical ( my health ) perspective and hopefully it will keep helping people in some fashion , and if it doesn’t , I get a sense of calm from sharing my inner dialogue too so it defo helps me to put it out there

    Really really good session today. So after posting my options , I’m going to stick with the idea I initially started the other week when I got my bloods and that was the primo run. It gives me the chance to improve my lifts , which I enjoy , it doesn’t go against my health or being able to walk ( weight ) goals , I will do 14 weeks on , that’s ample , I will post mid and end cycle blood work and we can compare to the ones I recently posted . I did take some pre primo pics 2 weeks ago. I have them saved , it’s very clear in them how downsized I was at the end of the 250mg test run. Once I finish the 14 weeks I will post them up with a comparison for you guys . Gives me a nice goal too. If anyone doubted I was on 250 test ( im sure some did based on my lifts , you won’t doubt once you see the change of me re adding some bits 🙂 )

    I feel good atm about this decision , hopefully I don’t change my mind 1000 times and annoy myself ( and Corinne lol )

    Obv I will keep sharing my absolutely absurd 1st world problem of, oh do I want to keep my muscle …. What an utter cock I am lol

    Mark, the diet aspect doesn’t really change , that’s simply energy balance , so you just adjust as you go. I went straight into doing a lot more cardio , and then my food didn’t have to adjust much. So I would add in the cardio , get super fit , and then food slides up or down in calories based on energy, look 🙂 – that part is really super simple I assure you , I didn’t even have to think twice about that part , it’s a case of , leaner – eat less / move more, less lean – eat more / still move more haha 🙂 – the key word is simply auto regulation

    Michael, I didn’t think paralysis by analysis existed , I thought that was just something people said when they don’t want to put in work, wow how wrong was I, I have been wrong about an awful lot this year haha, been a lovely year for discovery , even if it has been brought about by some murky introspection 🙂

    Richard , hard to say about the size thing , but I really agree that time literally does , once the time is right I will know it I suppose and then it won’t be a decision, the fact that atm I’m having to force a decision , in of itself I suppose shows that right now I’m probably thinking the grass is greener , however I do really appreciate that my grass right now is pretty green 🙂

    Based on the torn the lat a little bit , I’m going to just tell you what I did for my last 3 tears.

    The next day I see if I can just take it through rom feedback free , if I can’t , I leave it alone until I can, this may take a couple days with a small tear. Once I can take it through full rom I get to work daily flooding it with blood

    My last lat tear, within a few days I was doing very very Thin band single arm pulldowns , literally giving me like 5kg resistance, I did 30 reps , 4 sets , a couple times a day

    From there I slowly increased the band resistance , 6/7/8/9 kg over the next 7-10 days

    Then after that single arm pulldowns in the gym on the same incremental increase , everytime you step in to train anybodypart . Do 4-5 sets of 20-30 reps , days out of the gym use the bands

    Keep going up in weight until your then back to full strength , may take you 2 weeks , may take you 12 .

    This is my approach , and it works great

    Leg pull yday, nasty session, we filmed it, gave an update of where I’m at in that .

    But basically atm I still really am struggling to decide what I want to do atm ( not an invite for anyone to tell me what they think I should do, be considerate – I appreciate the care , but I very much want to just feel this out myself )

    Where I’m at :

    I’m very happy with my blood work, my health and how I feel on the day to day. I’m content with how I look and very happy how I’m training – my fitness is good , it’s very fun being this fit

    From here I can do the low primo cycles like I outlined on page one , just to look better , train harder, make very small improvements to my physique ( zero urge to compete , not interested in that at all )

    Or i can just stay on 250 test and slowly slowly dwindle down

    Or I can cut the test in half and fuck off the size I have

    I really genuinely don’t know what I want , some days I want it all off so I’m like 200 pounds again , some days I want to run the primo cycles and some days I want to just stick on where I was at on the 250

    All I know for sure still, don’t want to get heavier because walking is nice , don’t want to take any other drugs because I don’t want to die before I’m like 75 if possible

    I think I was emotionally frustrated in Alicante after the show , that’s when I was like fuck this , I want all this muscle off. When Corinne competes it also feels like I compete , we go through those preps so closely together , so when she got such a bad beat , again, I was so angry initially . Then when got home, felt more myself and then training yday just fixes everything for me , it’s the only thing I enjoy so so much, and then that makes me think, well fuck it let’s do the primo stints because why not. I genuinely couldn’t give a fuck what anyone’s opinion is on this, if they think I should downsize or if they think I should keep pushing and not give up for w pro card etc etc etc , The only thing that matters to me is staying lighter ( for me ) , and keeping very happy blood work.

    So after my initial upset from the weekend and wanting to fuck it all off , I won’t be doing that , will probably want to again next week when something annoys me about being this size / weight , until I train and then enjoy it again lol.

    Anyways, just chucking it out there to keep the transparency going in terms of the strange decision making process I’m faced with atm .

    My body feels broken today after the pulls yday, was fun to conventional pull, but today was a reminder of why I stopped them haha, they don’t bring much to me for how much they fuck me up .

    Lol , dropping clen and lowering t3 – that in sync is 5 pounds , no a.I that’s another 2-3 pounds, adding gh , that’s another 2-3 . So that’s 11 pounds at least. Question answered , mystery solved lol
