Simply cancel it on the payment method you used , it’s really simple matey , nothing shambles about it , if I have a Netflix account on my PayPal I just cancel my payments on PayPal. Really super simple ( yes I’m patronising as being called a shambles when you can’t simply cancel your payment is highly insulting )

I’m happy with todays session , I didn’t try any peak heavy loading as its just not hanging in there , I think I used the last drop when James was down in all seriousness haha , high rep stuff was good , felt very fit , felt like I could of just done more and more volume, never felt like I could just keep going and going like this , 262 and comfy walking so will re put back in 2iu gh

The above is a slight exaggeration haha, but basically none of us think twice about doms , unless we have horrendous doms which means we did way too much , but that never happens as we all have a gd handle on our volume

Iniect carnitine Vs clen is not apples to oranges , its like a banged up ford Vs a Ferrari lol , both are cars , one may get you there but may never get you there , the other will always get you there and pretty fast lol

I would always be adding at least 0.5kg to any lift, that over 20 weeks is 10kg , then whatever I get rep wise ontop is the bonus

Honestly it’s the only drug I didn’t get on with , it made me feel very strange , I can take 200mg tren ace a day and feel nothing mentally, just my usual disconnected self , 10mg trestalone a day and I was anxious as hell , the hornyness was also silly , like dangerously silly lol , I have tried it 3 diff times too , all the same for me

It all moves you towards more muscle provided your eating and taking your weight up , let’s say in those 4-6 weeks you were able to hugely jump forward again in performance and you take your weight up 10 pounds in that time , your coming away with a nice chunk of new muscle . The under pinning factor really is surplus and performance in the gym , I have honestly found what I actually take really has never made that much diff , what makes the diff is what has you feeling the best to be able to train and eat

Doms really isn’t much of an indicator of much, I never infer anything from my doms as it can be for ton of diff reasons . Simply cover all your bases and get good at them all

It’s an imbalance in minerals totally bud , your flushing too much sodium with the potassium and total fluid intake in the time frame
