Swab the tops of your bottles , draw up one by one into the barrel, inject , I would inject 5 compounds at once all from the same barrel , just draw it up one after another , you don’t need to be seperating oils with air bubbles

Based on leg recovery it sounds like ppl is wiser buddy , our split decision needs to reflect a few things – our development firstly , but that’s not totally realistic always if there are things that interfere with recovery like your situation , so an upper lower probably isn’t wise Vs ppl so your legs get some rest

Yup just don’t pin it again and just start the primo , no issue there , cycles don’t have to have definate start or end points , when I was pushing hard hard, I really didn’t care if I was using eq , nandrolone , primo – they all felt the same , all essentially do the same , if I ran out of one for example I would happily just up the others dose and not even care , as it just didn’t make a slight bit of diff

I want to get my ham work in before my leg press, but equally wanted to be fresh for leg press so I did 2 sets then hit my leg press , I think I can do all 4 of my sets pre leg press , I will do that next time

Seth thanks for posting , it’s nice to have some new names posting In here , I probably have been too short in my replies of late which scares people off from posting , so thank you for taking the time to post
I do find that totally to be the case , it’s why I lock myself away a lot and avoid a lot of social situations that I think are mundane , its a trait of mine I actually dislike a lot , as Corinne is very social person and she likes to ” chat shit ” as I call it , I take the piss out of her and call her “shisha” , which when you say fast sounds like shit chat hahah . But really I do envy her brilliance in being able to chat shit with basically anyone at any moment about any fucking topic
I will have a listen to the audiobook of that matey as I spend my time walking listening to podcasts now , a lot of Jordan Peterson ATM which I enjoy , or random ones about micro dosing acid lol

Anders I won’t matey , already said I won’t – I take pride in being self aware and if I was to go back on my overall plan that would just make me weak mentally , which although I will have wobbles like the last couple days , I won’t succumb to , honestly i wish it didn’t take me a bit of time to recover from hard diets so I could just eat higher again for a week and then just go again haha , sadly our brains and bodies are too smart for that
Thanks Johan , the way I look at it now, is there are incredibly impressive natural bodybuilders out there , so if they can look tremendous on fuck all , I can look really decent on 250 test and then like I said when I do diet again , I will add some primo ontop just to look even nicer once we get into the 240s , but the real important thing for me is to get this bodyweight down once I can

Right let’s give you an update of where I’m at mentally haha, I want to share this stuff so people that are on the other side of the pushing drugs like I did can hopefully take something from this that’s helpful
Obv James came down, and I did him on multiple sets, we played this mini game which was we kept the exact same weight for all press sets and whoever had the total number of highest reps across all sets , was Billy big bollocks essentially , and I was beating him until the very last set of it all and he done me! It was funny and I loved it , the problem is it sucked me right back in, it was like a total re boost of my morale for a few days but too much , enough to also re ignite some ego , which I try to be incredibly self aware of , as ego is a real killer of eveyrhing imo.
So after that session I’m thinking , wow so I’m still this strong on this dose , what if I push , what If I really go for it , what if what if.
That jumped around in my head for 2 days until I crushed it again and just thought , don’t be a fucking idiot , you can only just walk again pain free ( not quite as comfy now I’m back over 260 Vs under 260) , but at 280 + the pain is too bad to walk 5 mins
It’s hard to let go when you have been / are big and strong , I defo will attest to that , I didn’t think I would feel that way until that session with James , I think also because no one ever comes close to challenging him and I could see that he was thinking , oh fuck I’m going to get done here , and that would make anyone feel like Billy big bollocks , the reality is though James is the best British BB and is an Olympian ! It’s his job to be that big and that strong and to push his body ( he still does it very health consciously ) , it’s not my job to do that and for me at my height it makes my quality of life literally zero
So I’m back on track mentally , I’m not even going to take my food up in the effort to improve , I’m just going to focus on recovering from the diet ( I’m still food focused ) , so then I can diet again and this time get my weight down even lower , so I feel even better again.
I think I will be recovered In around 12-16 weeks from here , but I won’t rush that as it will just not be fun dieting again until your totally recovered

Your mate isn’t hugely far off with that suggestion because you have tons of potential to look crazy , but I can see from looking at you that you really want this and are prepared to work , someone like you won’t even need to consider tren for 2 years , you will look absolutely out of this world on the test primo
