Were on cycle at any earlier stages of the diet? Or have you been on and off ? Now your a week into the test and tren I would just keep letting it come down as you won’t drop muscle with that in place buddy

I’m still leaning towards walking more initially and staying on the ever so slightly leaner side , I think implementing that strategy initially is a very wise one – since really being on my steps between meals it’s played a big diff in my BG levels

Stay super patient that’sy advise buddy, if you rush it, you will rebound hard ! Big diets like this need real patient drops and long time frames spent at body weights before your brain starts telling you to eat eveyrhing , don’t try to come down more than 20-25 from here in one hit , trust me or you will really really regret it when you take off 35-40 rushed , and then 4 weeks later have put it all back on

Hey buddy, sadly its going to be another 30 pounds off or so until you start to see what your looking for , in your spot I would try to very patiently come down 50-60 pounds in total , this will need at least two attempts and take if done correctly circa 18 months , i would come down 20-25 pounds in one go over 20 weeks , then slightly raise Cal’s and maintain there for 12-16 weeks , then go again and take off another 20-25 pounds , then maintain again , then from there you can look at lean bulk phases , stay patient and enjoy the progress

Perfect pull session , i posted some bits on IG , sticking with upper back work to start the session for a gd bit until exercises stall then I will go back to lat focused start.
My training feels SO good after finishing that diet , I feel so fit and recovery is crazy , I’m defo happy to creep my food a little and just feed this phase at the moment .

Absolutely not , but literally none of us are having issues with the lab, I wouldn’t stand by a lab that I wasn’t prepared to put in my own body

It depends on the test , sometimes nandrolone and eq will show in tests
I’m guessing you will be tested for estro too?
( It’s much safer to just be using test prop ontop of your free script year round and then just drop the prop 4-6 weeks before your blood work and treat that as a clear out period in sync with

Agree with above , orange in the lat , I could handle 5ml in a lat no problem when using all rohm stuff , just pin it deep and be using gd gear. I honestly don’t touch anything aside from rohm
