Pick movements you like , progress them . If they aren’t progressing , do a little less volume. That’s literally all you need. If you can’t take that info and get on with it , it doesn’t matter how many times you come back , your issue isn’t a bodybuilding issue , it’s an entirely diff mental

2 does nothing at all imo , if you want to be a bodybuilder and are using gh for bodybuilding the lowest I would run is 4 year round with stints of 6-10.

I think the peak blood work from 50mg in one hit would likely equate to multiple days of 22.8mg , so that’s defo why I would expect peak levels to be same , just total weekly levels at that blood work obviously higher on the 160/week

At twice a week shots, you would at some point in the week be 47 , which you had in bloods but then the next day and next day it would be maybe 40 and then 35 .
At the 160 daily , you will have 47 everyday
So your total weekly levels will be higher , that’s why you are stronger .
Not odd , it’s exactly what is expected.
If you want peak levels higher , take daily shots higher again 🙂

What is confusing ? You had a BG reading that your body self corrected , which is normal , it’s how we stay alive, our body is brilliant at finding homeostasis
You only need to act if you have taken exogenous insulin that has forced a hypo .

I only did a couple rotations of the 4 on . ATM I want to stick with the 3 on . And I am perma battered yes , 290 at 5 ft 6 , majority of offseason at 20iu gh and 4 + g drugs , lifting all time pbs , while running legit business = battered haha . Training 3 on or 4 on makes zero diff to that
