My session was gd but it lacked oomph , after 4 sets of presses my shoulder press struggled a little.
So I feel like my rest day macros need to change again, I think a 3rd or even 4th carb meal is necessary, likely carbs at meals 2/3/4/5 , with breakfast and pre bed pro fat.I defo haven’t ever struggled like this recovery wise when on a decent enough whack of calories

I’m getting stronger at all 3 now which is nice, it will show next year , every session in a waist trainer – it helps , despite what anyone else says, it teaches you to breath through your chest and not your abs – super important 🙂

But I will summarise it in its most simple terms, 1 – too fucked to get out bed , 3 – too fucked to step into a gym, 5 – fucked up but can bring yourself back to life with a Deload 7 – can feel some slight fatigue but generally that’s normal from just hard training, before each session motivation is high , 10 – body and mind are totally perfect

I likely will sit on current cals a bit and just let the recomp happen before making anymore moves cal wise down again 🙂
