I simply had to adjust my diet again, and do carbs at m1 and m2 as I was just in a total mental fog that I wasn’t shaking at all, that’s a first for me that I haven’t been able to effectively utilise those fats as fuel . Zero ammonia smell today aswell. I absolutely wanted to stick with a strict nutrient timing approach but my
Training was really suffering in terms of recovery, I was just smashed.It’s funny as when I did use the carbs at m1 and m2 I did comment I felt better at the time , but in my head I was trying to comply to ideals by moving back to a nutrient timing approach , but if I can’t recover then that’s my decision made for me in regards to macro choices to make up my caloric needs

The insulin depends on so many factors but if your naturally a thicker body type , I wouldn’t use it

Once it stalls, we never make changes until they are needed , pushing deeper into a cal deficit for faster fat loss makes no sense to me, you will drop performance and lose muscle, eek out the most from the least , then change once that stalls .

These are both in play for next leg session, this will help with the pain. I will stop all normal leg presses. I have deep tissue 2 days after every leg session , it’s been around 4-5 months of that solid now

I will be boring and chip in some more of my thoughts , atm we are getting a huge response from the AAS , so that with the slight cal deficit and Corinne is changing fast! I know she would like to go at a faster pace in terms of changes but I am making sure the pace stays steady for now and we maximise the strength gains. We have a couple more weeks before will need to make a cal adjustment again and likely bump the cycle up by 5mg anavar / day and likely adjust t3 up also.

So will just be chest supported work tomorrow.

I really like them as a tool , if I had only just got on the scales today I would of been confused , like I knew I was a bit leaner , I could see it and feel it , but 3 pounds up is a fair bit , so the calipers confirming what I thought , was nice 🙂
