Just volume down. Muscle rounds were still to failure also.
I haven’t ever ran a Deload where the intensity at which I lifted decreasedtrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

MemberSeptember 17, 2018 at 7:53 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)So this is cool! … day 9 back on cycle
( 130 primo / day , 70 tren ace / day. 50 test prop / day , 40 mast e / day , 9iu gh / day split 3x3iu , 6.25mg aromasin / day )Pre cycle my calipers were
A b 3.8
Quad 4.8
Sub scap 7.7
L back 8
Glute 7.4Bodyweight was 256.6
17th : 259.8
A b 3.7
Quad 4.7
Sub scap 7
L back 5.9
Glute 7.23 pounds up and calipers down 🙂
Cal reduction today and push, will post the full session later . Looks like the scale number is somewhat obsolete as I’m recovering lost muscle by implementing the lower volume training and getting my strength back, especially my legs , measured 29.6 today.
The calipers were harpendens and done by corinne who has learnt to use them to a masters degree level , so accuracy is high

Taste is excellent and zero digestion issues. I also like that they include a little creatine in it , so I will defo have half of my protein pre wo from the beef protein and the other half from turkey. Pwo il do hydro whey , and then the post post workout meal I have 40p from tuna then the other 20 will be from the beef again. During the night I will have half and half , I may try to get a little casein into the night shake but typically that hasn’t sat the best with me in the past

The other day ( yday ) has legs the day after , so no lower back loading that day. So makes sense to bias lats
