Agree with Chris, as usual 🙂 . I still favour primo , but that isn’t really a gd addition to dhb. Some test to bring up fullness, but not too much that ur soft / estrogen ridden, is a nice combo with dhb.

I will add, we all do this shit for diff reasons, and I respect that always , if it’s to look gd for a hol, a wedding – whatever it is, that’s your goal. So go for it and make sure you feel the best you can in yourself and if you physically look better , that often makes people feel better

I agree with Chris , and tbh if u really want to make sure u look decent , take it with u too 🙂 , I have no issues at 200 for a beach hol. I personally don’t do stuff like that , but it’s mostly because I stay in the shade and covered up as i over heat . When i was younger , 18 ish , I took all my gear with me when I went on any holiday just to make sure I looked decent

I added a drop to the 3rd set of
Leg press. I want to do one more session where I add another drop. And that is my upper limit , before I Deload again as corinne needs another in this phase of prep , so I’m happy to back mine off again for a week. Will move back down to 1-2 work sets again for exercises and then build it back upto max volume I can work at again. The slight cal increase this week will keep it together as it’s weeks 5-8 I find where strength can dip, so if that slight cal bump up can get me through these next few weeks, things will be awesome when I crank it up. Still deciding on my exact cycle, I have 10 bottles of dunning primo, so want to use those. I have some genotec primo to use up too. So I’m leaning towards 2ml primo / day , I have some genotec tren ace coming so thinking 500 of that too, as I won’t be pushing food up anyways. Then il just leave test as is at 300. That will do a job to improve the weak areas before I then decide to mini cut again. I will eek out some fat loss just from taking drugs from 600mg upto 2200mg as keep getting stronger. Gh at 6 , I will take this to 9 also when I blast ???? . No insulin / igf at all will be used , as just blows my midsection out more
( I did say I wouldn’t run tren in an offseason period , but seeing as I have no intention to take cals up again beyond where they are now, I could defo manage 500/week. And for me that feels way better than higher test , or using anything that holds water )

Training day
P – 400p
F – 45 ( + 15g oils for cooking – 60 total)
C – 600
Kcals – 4540Meal 1 – 60p, 15f, 110c – 65g whey, 27g almond butter, 90c Rice , 20c fruit
Pre gym – 60p, 100c – 150g Turkey,100c rice + 30p whey
Pre Yamamoto kamaikaze + 63g Mpa eaa
Water intra
63g mpa pwo
Pwo – 60p, 176g cocopops 170c , 20c fruit
Meal – 60p, 12f, 110c – 200g fillet, 110c rice , 20g p whey
Meal – 60p, 18f , 110c – 75g whey, 90c Rice , 20c fruit , 33g almond butter
Night – 25p 1 scoop
…….
Lots more whey than I’d like and will try to swap in some solids if stomach will let me. Odd feeling as I’m v hungry , but stomach is so delicate that I don’t want to overwhelm it. Yday I could of literally binged all day I was so hungry, which was defo a hint to take my cals up a little.
I will take pics, calipers and weight at end of my 8 week cruise, before we kick it back up
