So in chest focused push , i do 2
Sets overhead press directly,
So this day i do the front raisesIn push delt focus I do 4 sets overhead press so don’t feel the need to add the front raise
Corinne does 6 sets overhead /high incline press on both sessions ,
And starts both of hers with a lateral variation. She then only does the front raise in one session as the other she does more side delt workDepending on how your strengths and weaknesses , adjust accordingly. I think my layout is mostly the best for guys, and doing the front raise when overhead press sets are lower 🙂

Scott they are 3 sets all to failure , i go up or down in weight based on how I feel. If your doing 3 sets , take each set as an independent set , and select a weight that has you fail in the rep range your shooting for

Just finished Dr Scott’s new book, who has read it / got it? It’s no secret I love Scott , but if you read that book, you will see why. Really incredible content . I don’t think anyone in the world could write something like that , and have his insights and passion
