Once I blast I will bring these upto maintenance, as I will have the anabolics in place that I don’t just gain fat. As previously mentioned 2 days on at 4300 cals , 1 day at 3500. Puts me in a surplus of 400 or so over the 3 days.

C – 234
Kcals – 3505Meal 1 – 60p, 25f, 12c – 65g whey, 150g orange, 45g almond butter
Meal 2 – 40p,12f, 65c- 200g fillet, 84g rice
Meal 3 – 40p,15f, 65c- 200g Turkey mince , 84g rice , 100g avacado
Meal 4 – 60p, 25f, 12c – 65g whey, 45g almond butter, 12c fruit
Meal 5 – 40p,12f, 65c- 100g salmon 100g white fish, 84g rice
Pre bed – 60p , 25f, 15c – 65g whey, 15c fruit, 45g almond butter
Night – 25p- 30g whey (1 level scoop)

Every aspect of my diet is digestion based. I would be eating steak bagels if I could, but stomach would cause too many issues . Rice sits best, I don’t go over 200g meat in a meal. My protein needs are higher – so it’s bumped with whey. I don’t have clients do this , unless they have digestion issues

I tried to have oats last night instead of rice , that royally pissed my stomach off , major gassy this morn, so they are still off the menu. Will prob get rice flakes for that meal just because endless jasmine rice is dull.

Matt, bowl of rice. Next to it a plate with almond butter on, next to that a plate with oranges on. Next to that a shaker with whey in.

Just like if you take more test , your test levels go higher. Days off gh to ensure you don’t totally ruin your insulin sensitivity . I haven’t tried it. I am pretty happy atm with how things are so likely won’t try it either .

So the aminos il split half pre , half post. The carbs will spread across the meals. So macros don’t change, but literally just water during now. ( I won’t have a single client do this, but my goal is 100 percent midsection focused, and not to really gain any new mass at all,
