I would favour Ed use, at 1-4iu / day , depending on how much you have. Split into 1iu shots spread across the day. This is how corinne currently runs her 4iu per day. Drop it 1 week out

Leg raise rest pause 23-7-6Am really pleased with today tbh. I absolutely love going legs at MJs gym, the hack and leg press are my absolute fav , the leg ext and lying Ham feel perfect too as do the seated and standing calf . I need to pin some weight to the adductor/abductor stack from now but I always have to do that on those machines , they never make the stacks heavy enough.
I think my health should allow me to push again in 3 weeks. I can imagine my liver will be out , but I won’t be using orals or anything that impacts on liver health

As my training is 2 on 1 off , over the 3 days I stay in a slight surplus, should be just enough To recover. Once I kick yo gear again will bring my rest day cals up a touch to maintenance to just facilitate even better recovery , as then far gain won’t occur really at that point. ( maintenance cals just for a rough guide are 15 cals / pound , I’m around 260 atm )

F – 45 ( + 15g oils for cooking – 60 total)
C – 555
Kcals – 4360Meal 1 – 60p, 15f, 70c – 65g whey, 27g almond butter, 75g rice, 150g orange
Pre gym – 60p, 75c – 150g Turkey, 100g rice + 30p whey
Intra – 75p 115c – 6 scoops MPA, 145g RF
Pwo – 60p, 125c – 150g Turkey, 136g rice, 20c fruit ( apple/orange) , 30p whey

And thanks matey , if I can hack and glute bridge then I can keep progressing for now, so fingers crossed. I was hoping to out leg press corinne as she got upto 10 plates / side for 20 reps last session. She is going to pull away from me now 🙁 haha
