I have legs tmo. I’m confident I can hack squat ok. I will add an extra set of leg extensions pre just to knock down the loading a tiny bit more , I’m not sure I can stiff leg so will make up that volume with more glute bridges. The leg press I maybe able to do v light after hacks , we shall see

My steps usually are: bpc 157 , avoid any movements that cause pain. When the area is warm stretch it.

So the glute injury isn’t as bad as I couldn’t even bend over last time . Just have to be super patient from here.

Sg labs back in a week, janoshik isn’t in the lab. They will test gd I am certain of it, I have back and forths with the Taylormade owner , he is proud of his stock . No chance it’s off

Rotties, I have them spread through the day now as this is favourable for my digestion. Means anyone meal isn’t too big . For the most i still favour carbless breakfast , unless they are BIG or active . My views are unchanged

Pre – 2 scoops MPA, 1 celluvol or kamikaze
Intra – 75p 115c – 2 scoops MPA, 145g RAging full
Home – 2 scoops MPA
Pwo – 30p, 125c – 150g Turkey, 136g rice, 20c fruit ( apple/orange)
Meal – 60p, 15f, 90c – 250g fillet, 127g rice , 10g eaa
Meal – 60p, 15f, 80c – 75g whey, 60c Rice , 20c fruit, 27g almond butter
Night – 60p – 75g wheyI am still VERY lean on these cals and bloody hungry. One off plan meal in 4 and half weeks now since the show. But waist is still 34 on wake 🙂
