They are a standard rest pause yes. And if there are progressions to had in any part of the set I take them.

Sam my sessions are long , that speeds stuff up a lot . When I’m fitter i prefer RP , offseason I can’t do them . I aim for 14-17 first set on most things , some 10-15 . Once I progress that first set weight goes up

I think primo is a better muscle builder mg for mg than eq , without any of the issues eq causes

The session today was bang on again! I’m so happy with the programming adjustments so far this prep and how the volume and frequency has adjusted as I go to keep fat loss going and keep fullness and muscle intact . I have one more move I could make on this set up , but I’m not sure if I will need to, so i will keep it up my sleeve for now 🙂

Jeff , eq has no growth potential and that writer is wreckless and a fool! Nandrolone kills eq for size , and can use a third of the dose . No brainer at all
Eq just may pose some interesting aesthetic options in a diet which we are discussing now 🙂

Defo read the previous few posts matey 🙂 , we cleared up that it’s just for visual ( fullness / dryness combo vs test) and the last post I said 500 + 200 test or 400 + 300 test 🙂 🙂

Doesn’t sound like that’s on the fence , sounds clear that undropped eq and u got worse 🙂 . It would be the same if I cut my 700 test in half now I would get worse . The numbers aren’t what I’m getting at , it could be 500+200 . 400 + 300 , but u have confirmed my point , some eq in the mix will bring some fullness with less water than test 🙂 . What’s on the fence about that? 🙂

Jack, however much muscle and strength I can hold on 250mg test / week and 2iu gh / day , so whatever that is , it is. Then i imagine phases of being lean and then very fucking lean.

It will be away from a comp setting , during a mini cut , and correct that’s exactly what I wrote 🙂 . Nothing novel to it , will just compare the look / feel. Everyone uses test as a base , i question the why in everything . Why does everyone use test as a base? – it helps fullness and the aromatisation can be controlled. Can we do that with EQ and get an even better look for the same fullness….

Am / pm always for Winnie , halo imo , they are cosmetic drugs. I personally get a boost from anavar so I like it pre wo . But il still split my dose pre wo and pm for anavar too in this instance
