And yup will be using lisinopril at 20mg a day. At peak bodyweight and high drugs my Bp was still in range but I will use the ace inhibitor anyways I’m this phase

Rotties, no , I won’t ever do that exercise again. Machine row , shrug for upper back . Any bent over work for lower trap into erector thickness . Machine /

Likely yes bud, but lower than previous . At like maybe 30mg/day , Winnie at 50-75. So training days end at 150mg total / day , rest days 100 . Defo doesn’t need to go any higher than that

I defo like it for hunger , I can’t use much as it makes me feel sick but before bed I would do 250mcg to start. Typically they would be 10mg vials that I would mix in 1ml , so 0.1ml is 1000mcg , then just pin 2.5iu on a slin pin for 250mcg I would take dose upto 1000 over time if felt ok

Clen I really like as a tool that can be pulled back out if ur dropping fast , lower dose / up dose again later on etc

Mike if ur dropping too fast on ED , pull to 2 days on 2 days off. Just a v simple pull back . The final decision was just to pull it back out totally ( I posted that yday)

Nail the sessions are written out matey. So you can see what I do 🙂 . Remember incline press work pulls in a lot of delt and high incline press work pulls in a lot of pec, you are getting both , with both. Right now for this exact period of time , this set up serves me best in all ways ) . Today I did 13 rep shoulder press , but I still did this on 3 and half plates a side on the smith . So am I training heavy – yes , but I’m maximising the fact I’m much fitter and my sets/ power don’t die . ( same as for my back work that I explained a few pages ago I think) – hopefully that gives u an insight into the thinking here 🙂

Really hard but amazing session , gd pumps , gd strength . This will be a big couple weeks for improving the look as carbs / cals are defo high enough and with the intro of superdrol ( I ended up taking 50 today , which is high , but I won’t add any other orals ontop pre like anavar , il just use the superdrol )
