You can prep a meal and still spend social time , or you can factor meals into your macros for meals out . I don’t think it ever needs to effect it . The only time is when ur crazy big and moving too much makes it harder to get even bigger, that is defo anti social .

The sessions when I combine legs with upper work, burn SO many cals in comparison to just a push session. Hence the drop , but I didn’t look too flat this morn, posed and the video was just better , I chucked up a front relaxed pose on my insta story. I am so happy with proportions but ab detail is a bit meh , even though the skin is thin
