Right so the injury I picked up Tuesday in legs to my glute is much worse
Than I thought . All bent over / deadlift variations are out , leg press is out , any hacks are out .I can do leg extensions, curls, and sissy squat not banded , adductor machine .
Let’s play try to keep my legs with fuck all options exercise wise ha.
I think it’s do able if I can really fuck them up using these exercises

John that’s my thought too buddy, luckily the rest of group we use are tremendous , so It’s no issue 🙂 . I just want to keep the video content coming super regular and on a timeline . I hate it when video goes up 2 weeks after something , it’s just not current enough imo

Another gd week, 273.4 , only change is clen to 120mcg
Tren being in full swing has left my appetite dead . So forcing in the food is hard. With clen up if I can have a really good week in the gym I should be looking pretty decent next week

Josh taking it every morn will help your immune system. Taking it in higher doses pre comp can help act as a diuretic .
I have done this in the distant past with clients but as have learnt more I see it as not needed until the final 24 hours if not using pharma diuretics

I’d be aware importing that is illegal so I won’t advise there. But if you can purchase in the uk , then making your own, for personal use is super easy for sure

Anavar is an interesting one. One of Stephen and mines old friends ( sadly passed away ) called it AngryVar , as it used to mentally get him going and it did me the same tbh. But that’s usually at 100mg which is excessive . At 50 I think it will still do a job pre wo. SO if there are other drugs in place , I like pre wo training days and split am/pm rest days

If ur PEELED, won’t hold water and clen will just fight ur carb up . If ur not all the way in, leave it in anyways and then don’t push the carb up and keep trying to take off water
