So this week I need to get in to see a gd chiro or a v gd physio to be able to assess what I have done . If I can find a sports doctor then that would be preference . Will hit google tonight to see who is near to be able to tell me exactly what I have done

Darius it depends what the goal is. But ensuring we don’t lose tension at the hips and the legs caving is important . We don’t want that to occur

Jim the light is SO much better in the new gym so I can actually take some decent footage like I used to when I trained in ripped in 2016. I would put up all my progress shots then. So il start v soon, few more pounds and my midsection will be nice and tight . No one wants to see a pose dominated by offseason gut still haha

271.6 , the clen up yday knocked off some more water . My muscles feel flat , Which is understandable as I’m nearly 30 pounds down on peak weight , but condition is coming nicely . And performance is gd . I’m not getting crazy pumps because of how fast my weight has dropped . But I’d much rather it just be coming off and my midsection come in more and more , as I’m still struggling with it in my turns

T4 converts to t3 as we know and I have always found this to be a gd addition to diet . From an observation point it seems to flatten ppl out less , this maybe due to it being converted as it’s needed so to speak .

John I thought I just popped a few fibres Tuesday so I didn’t even mention it , as it’s just the same kinda stuff I’m used to. But they ydah I couldn’t do anything at all. It feels like I’m going to be at least 3-4 weeks without the main exercises based on how yday felt

Thinking lots , will roll with my current split . But on the Tuesday session where currently do 6 sets of work . Literally just do all 6 sets on the sissy. Will aim for 15 first set and then just stick on the same weight . Be like 15/12/10/8/7/7 something like that . Won’t take me too long to heal this
