In terms of machines vs free weights, I have no preference . If your loading the muscle and progressing lifts, the internal stimulus is novel, which means adaptations . It doesn’t matter how you illicit that stimulus externally.

I defo wouldn’t advise the doses above for a female or winny . So that was very much male advise

Dan , I am really tired all the time but just getting on with it. I know I can be bigger yet still if I can get fitter , but atm recovery is all just becoming an issue. I’m smashed from carrying the weight and cardio is taking away from recovery. Body is defo telling me to fuck off at this point

This weekend one of my best friends Peter Hill is down to train/ stay. Peter is one of the best coaches in the uk, but is like a well kept secret as he works for the nhs on eating disorder wards planning their nutrition for his day job and doesn’t push his coaching , but i will Intro him this weekend as he is brilliant if someone has those issues and also wants to compete

Zero benefits to the liss. Just a waste a of energy that should be spent recovering. Normal paced walking for activity is ideal in offseason.
