I don’t think it’s any diff for nandrolone , hold water all the same imo . ( who or where was it said that it’s diff with this drug?) I think there is zero diff with any ester of any drug at all. Reason why u hold water longer when stopping nandrolone decanoate is because it’s in ur system longer- the nandrolone is . Once hormone is in, it holds water once out it’s gone

That’s ok my man 🙂 , I don’t giant set but the drop sets are basically the same thing if we think about it, it’s just multiple failure points. I just like to stick on the same piece of kit. I could do a ham curl then hop on another Ham curl then hop on another , and that be 3 failure points consecutively , ur creating the same stimulus with a drop set really just without the moving about to diff kit

Once a week I feel is optimal , I feel a small light weight female could deadlift twice a week but I feel a guy , couldn’t recover too well

It’s often unique to the individual as to what you can and can’t do. Typically I would lower the loading and be mindful of pain in the area , if it gets worse , stop the exercise and try to do things that aren’t going to make it worse

It depends how lean you are and how tired you are, if your still strong in sessions , add slowly . If ur fucked, add a lot more. Performance is key , prolonging shit sessions means muscle loss

Glutamine is super cheap, so my advise is to run the high dose protocols u have read about and see if it helps u, if it does, great, if not, zero loss really
