Will have a crack at incline pressing the 90s Monday second exercise in , Friday will have a crack at shoulder pressing the 82s , all time pbs there .
So right now In this moment , for me, this is working . I say it VERY clearly in a video in one of the sessions that what I’m doing is always just trying to eek out novel stimulus , so copying what I do isn’t wise.

I don’t like any peptides at all apart from bpc157 , I see absolutely Zero diff when adding them vs not , tried them extensively for 4-5 years , zero gains attested to them. Insulin + gh + anabolics

I have said lots the labs I like , i kno the chaps that run d4net and dimensions and they are gd guys. I know the chap that runs rohm , likewise he is bang on. Outside of that I don’t try other labs , I get offered all the time and I don’t risk it

Whatever carb powder sits well with you is best , so if a Palatinose/ dextrose blend is ok, then roll with that, it it bloats- reduce the total until u find an amount that feels fine . And then combine with the usual research driven supps, creatine/ eaa/ electrolytes are perfect

I don’t use leucine at all. Why do you feel a need to use it? If your taking in quality protein sources at each feed. Leucine is a rate limiting amino so low levels will inhibit MPS …. BUT 5g of leucine is max single dose at

Hammer strength plate loaded shoulder press 123kg/side x 5 , ( would norm back off here but wanted to see if I could do 130kg) x 3
Totally upright dumbbell shoulder press ( awful angle for me, not doing that again) 65kg x 8
Moved to very high incline dumbbell 75kg x 5 ( will just stick with this angle ) next Fridays session will start with this again I can do the 82.5s x 5 first set I’m confident 🙂
Incline football bar press ( first time on this bar , narrow grip, amazing on triceps ) 140kg x 6 , 120kg x 8
Dip machine stack plus 40kg x 7/6
( so very heavy loading today , I’m working my way upto some all time 5rep pbs . I want some insane lifts by end of this offseason, I know I can shoulder press/high incline press the 90s and mid incline the 100s by end of offseason )
Standing cuff laterals 10/8/10
Dual rope push downs 8/6/10
High cable rear delts 15/15/15
Side laterals machine 7/5/5 triple drop last
