My diet is crazy basic . I use rice for every meal , my breakfast is rice flakes , my second meal is basmati, my pwo meal is jasmine and rice flakes , the meal after that is basmati and before bed I have jasmine. Intra carb is cyclic dextrin. My protein sources at the workout perimeter are white fish for max digestion. My last two meals of the day are fillet steak. My breakfast is currently whey
Any additional fats are almond butter
Veggies I use kale and spinach
It’s the most basic, simple diet I have ever eaten.

I am gd at knowing my limit fat wise and once I go over it , it makes the prep much harder for no benefit gains wise . So it’s going to be a case of when that is. At the v least it will be 285 , so up 14 pounds I would say. If I have an epic run, I could go up over 290. We shall see 🙂
When I say push up, I think pushing 1-1.5 pounds a week is a nice amount. 2 a week is a bit much I feel. So a 20 week push should then yield some really nice progress ready for a tidy up or a full diet

Mine was much the same as bens , 20-25iu slin pre and pwo , twice a day . I grew a lot! But also got v fat. As my carbs where ramped up way higher than I was able to handle for that moment.

Leg extension , getting gd at these now! Getting efficient at contracting the quads hard and getting them short. Almost enough where I feel like I could band my first set to really contract hard against it , as I’m stacking the leg extension
10/7/7 , last set double
Drop with forced eccentricsDouble banded Hacks , 1 x 10 ( very very hard set )
1 x 5 ( all out max 5 reps) into a 5 drop set , bands off first , then strip a plate for 4 more drops. Failure at each drop. Disgusting setNarrow low stance leg press 7/7/7 last set triple drop
Prone ham curl 3 sets of 6-8
Seated single leg ham curl 8 reps into triple drop
Abductor and adductor , quad drops , first set 8 rep max
Calves 4 x 8-12

MemberJanuary 9, 2018 at 6:45 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Eymen, I think the length of diet isn’t totally reflective of what can be achieved condition wise, with Milos I dieted for 12 weeks and we went from 300 to 240 Baseline weight .
I likely haven’t improved enough yet , but a lot of the imprvments in the end look will come from efficient dieting. I over did the pgf in sync with not staying connected to leg training and that cost me my legs. That’s an easy fix, no pgf and stay on the quality contractions.
Keeping the tren to the end will play a huge role in dropping no muscleI’m not worried at all about hitting exceptional condition, when I dieted with Scott and Milos I got v lean. That’s quite easy when u have a gd coach, as just do as told.
So it’s just a matter of have I improved enough to start prep and I’m not putting a time on that, will see how we go over the next few weeks

If it was just to look gd, I would let the drugs do their thing and not touch food until the drugs have really made that visual diff. In a prep, there is always more fat to lose so there will always be caloric adjustments down at that period despite swapping compounds; it would likely just be a slightly more subtle adjustment that couple week periodtrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

I will try for sure; but being a gd pro is when structure takes over. I could never ever beat someone like sas , he would kill me in every single pose – because he is put together just perfectly

But it will be tren mast winny at some kind of doses, last 3 weeks maybe halo ontop. Usual type drugs to end 🙂
