But I’m not worried it will tbh, I am religious with my supps, been doing my cardio, my doses last year didn’t take the piss , so all should be ok to push on for a bit more.

MemberJanuary 5, 2018 at 4:52 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Acer, I prob would still try to go a little longer and just have a break from the drugs , from both injecting lots and also I feel that there is a benefit to lifting without as many drugs and solidifying strength as best as poss so then when drugs come back , you take a leap forward again. Cycling drugs for that purpose is always beneficial

Just need my blood work back and then we can go! My ecg is next week.
Appetite has improved daily so I probably can just go with the food as soon as gear comes in , but il talk to Stefan about his thoughts / usual approach there but I imagine it’s v person specific.
Push today, delt + tri focused .

Abs 3 times a week. It’s usually the same movement atm though , just a rope crunch for 3-4 sets like u did. Yup defo should prob train abs even more , the more U do them, the better they will be pretty much 🙂

Jay, I will answer that one . Milos likes to use a stronger anti e with a weaker one. So as to not totally surpress estro. So if was to use 1mg ED of adex that would likely put Bens estro at the low end of normal , but alternating between a day of using adex and a day of aromasin, will control estro but not shut it off. As he progresses into a prep it moves to adex ED and then alternate adex with letro. So just progressing control of estro when goal is to get leaner. This defo works BUT my favoured approach is bloods , because in the dog end of prep, the drugs we use that aramotise are lower, so then increasing anti E may not be necessary and potentially totally kill your levels which isn’t ideal for recovery

Basically yup, cruise, lower food, stay lean, do more of the things I want to do in regards to ensuring I am exceptionally fit. I would be v happy if could be a pretty lean 210 ish year round , no real reason to be any heavier than that

If we are running our own nutrition we don’t count those bits BUT that’s because we rarely alter our food sources. But if I was swapping oats, for rice. I would add 8g coconut oil to the rice, as an example , to make up the fats
