Matt I think I will need to add dandelion aswell, I did the same in 2015 when hit 300 as just walking was pumping up my lower back. My knee is just from going at the leg extensions too much, when I start with them in the session I last about 3 months until they just can’t take it anymore and then I have to shift them back. They will settle down again in a week or so 🙂

I weigh most mornings yup.
Legs today wasn’t fun . Knees hurt , lower back pumps were so bad it nearly killed my session. Will need to alter exercises a touch to avoid that next time

Flat hammer strength press 6 plates x 5 , 5plates + 1.25 x 7
Incline hammer press 6 plates + 1.25 x 5 , 5 plates + 1.25 x 6
High incline dumbbell press 60kg x 7 , 65kg x 5
Dips paused in the hole , x 9 / x 7
Flat flat 1 second pause in hole 25kg x 8 / 6
Preacher curl , full extension , 20kg 8/7/6
Single arm machine curl triple drop
Reverse pec dec x 7 , x 6 triple drop
Machine laterals x 7 , x 6 triple dropDid some posing, looked less fat than I feel. Sas and corinne had a look, both agree I can go over 300 and not be a mess so it’s on 🙂
Ab scan is at 6 , just eat my pwo meal and shower n il update after it

Maybe check ur scales as I haven’t ever had a client wake heavier budMatt, tempo is still controlled but I can lift more powerfully yup. My connection with muscles I think is best ever after that corrective phase ; so all going well, will get to the strongest ever in terms of external load , with better internal recruitment and we shall see some gains 🙂

Depends how fucked the ab is tbh , If needs an op, then cruise for sure. If it doesn’t , then il keep going and get it sorted end of the season.

Novel stimulus certainly can cause hypertrophy but the term confusing a muscle isn’t accurate
If you watch the beginners video section, you will get a good idea of what I like to do training wise 🙂

They feel a little better tbh , but scan tonight at 6pm.Last night I was 295 before bed and felt like a fat fucking mess lol, just the weight wore me down a bit last night. Is nice when wake atm as move off a ton of water and then always feel pretty gd in the mornings.
Hopefully my ab is gd and I can keep pushing up

At 300 pounds I will still have abs. So if I take a most muscular , pumped, at 300 , I will not look that fat, when in fact I will be 45-50 pounds over stage weight.Use calipers, stick to 12-15mm
