Meh it’s annoying but it is what it is, i can feel the ab is torn that’s for sure but aslong as it can heal without an op then we are gd and I can work around it, just no heavy pulls or things that really crank up the pressure and il wear a soft belt

Thanks matey, just got out of the hospital walk in and the doc didn’t think it was fully torn, have a referral letter for a scan so need to ring bupa to get it sorted 🙂
