1000MG total of 19nor is HUGE imo , I don’t need that kind of dose , nor does sas or luke or James . I would be VERY surprised if u needed 1000mg 19 nor to make progress. Half it and focus way more on your training , I have gone in this cycle on 700mg npp and it’s more than enough for me to build more muscle than ever

Enrique , defo post questions in the forum. But I think you will be better off having someone Write you a diet that puts you into a slight deficit and then adjusts you as needed to drop the 30 pounds. Dropping that weight takes constant adjustment to energy balance based on your reactions

Sas defo had a v effective rebound , he will be heavier onstage for sure this year , he is big ! And we will be back training once a week , so will be brilliant 🙂

Maybe cardarine yup, I will let u know tmo after legs. If I can do it how I want, il hold off until I need it. But my cardio atm is doing enough to get me through . Once over 290 I will need it am sure

Just pushed the loading today as cycle was kicking in , and saw if I could load heavy with immaculate form, which I could. Will build reps on those lifts as drugs kick in more

Great push session today with Sas at strength . We picked right up where we left off in terms of intensity and working together , was nice 🙂 , he looked HUGE . We filmed the session so you guys can see , we worked a bit more on accuracy than previous , but still the loading was very high .
Wide machine press 6plates/side x 6 , 5 plates x 5

Be sure to control the eccentric on the rack pulls too, ur going to overload the traps a ton in the eccentric
