Leg extension 15 reps / 12 reps ( backed off load, still hurt a bit but less so)
Banded v squat 8 reps / 6 reps
Horizontal leg press 8 reps / 6 reps
Lunges 10 reps / 7 reps
Single leg extensions triple drop 13-5-5
Lying prone ham 6/6/6 reps
Seated ham triple drop 7-5-5
Adductor quad drop 8-5-5-5
Abductor quad drop 8-4-4-4
Calf 10/9/8Rotating the quad moves now between hack/v squat , 45/horizontal leg press, won’t rotate lunge for a bit just drive them up until they start to stall then rotate for something. Will keep the leg extension at start , try to improve my 15-20 rep work , alternate between single leg and dual leg extensions for the triple drop.

Someone else may just do all 8 sets one day in an arm day, still 8 sets a week. I just favour higher frequency training
