278.2 this morn , 7.2 up in a week. Really doesn’t take much when u stop cruise to get back to where you ended the last blast. Be over 280 end of the week at this rate for sure. Needing more sleep already , this week will defo hit me as I will be stronger plus carrying the extra weight , so recovery starts to get tested, so I basically make sure I nap everyday when I am trying really hard to grow . Usually between my first and second meals I sleep for another hour and then immediately after my pwo meal I sleep for another hour. Makes a crazy diff to get those two naps in a day to recovery

So it’s not a worry about getting stronger ,

Will be back to end of cruise weight next weekend of 280/281 . I will defo take some pics when I’m up at peak weight , will look pretty soft haha, but il take them once I’m up over 295 ish 🙂

My knees hurt , I think the heavy extensions are done , had a gd run but now likely be 15-20 rep sets for a bit which will no doubt cause some nice new hypertrophy from stimulus shift , and then second session of the week I’m going to occlude them

Fade out is great but I don’t see it as a regular go to in honesty . I would want to pinpoint what is causing the sleep issues , as although these supps are helpful when u can’t fix sleep issues ( last 2

I’m glad will have this one up as it’s one of the first sessions in a while I have started to pull a bit heavier for reps, I pulled 280 for 5/5/7 , which was hard by set 3 – it was one of those sets where I really put myself somewhere else mentally. Tmo is 310 for 3/3/5 which will take the same! And I can’t fucking wait tbh; we are filming too and I know what it will take mentally to hit those numbers . Once the pulls start getting upto pb territory NOTHING fires me up more 🙂

Crucifix Lateral 8/6/10 reps , went up for the first couple sets then backed off . Getting stronger at these .
Shoulders felt really amazing before pressing , warm and pumpedHammer strength machine press , got this back to being strong but with VERY precise form. 5 plates x 6 , 5 plates + 5kg for 5 , same again for 5 triple drop set last set
Machine side laterals 12/8/6 reps, 1
Second peak contraction just to be sure I had total control, last set triple drop setDual rope tricep down: my elbows just can’t handle regular push downs anymore , these or cuff push downs are all I can do, but it’s all they need and just contracting hard. 12/10/8 , I actually dropped the weight each set but getting them short was hard! Need more practise at these
Narrow grip machine press 5/7/8 , dropped weight each set
Overhead extensions 6/9 , I do these so damn strict , like a 4 second ecc, 1 second in the stretch. So each rep is 6-7 seconds , so even at low reps,
The total TUT is high , so I don’t mind doing a 6 repper on theseHigh cable rear delts 15/17/16 , higher reps today’s
