Gabriele, ah they are bad aren’t they, just leave you feeling wiped out. I’m v excited to compete this year and of course see you in Italy 🙂
So I managed to put back on 6 pounds yday , just from a normal rest day diet ; hit all my food no prob, digestion felt a bit meh by bed time and this morn meal 1 was hard , but I should be back to normal weight end of this week and then that’s our 8 weeks cruising done too 🙂 ( bloods depending which I have used medi checks for so my test kit should be here tmo. For someone that injects a LOT , I hate doing the finger prick blood tests for some reason; they make me cringe haha. I’d rather stick a big old blue needle into a main vessel and draw out blood than prick my finger, does any one else hate doing those too?
So the biggest challenge for me I know once we crank up drugs is being able to eat all my food . I get it all in as I always do , but it’s such a fucking battle and my gut takes a beating , I think my digestion will soon become a limiting factor as to how much more muscle i can gain. But there is defo some progress still to be had this year .
The last couple nights I have slept all the way through which is rare for me, and felt like hit some deep sleep as having mega funky dreams . Only alteration is increasing my d3 slightly to 5000iu a day which seems to be helping , remember in the winter months we need a little more and it’s impacts on sleep , and subsequent recovery is noteworthy , so for those not utilising d3 I advise supplementing . 5000iu should suffice but I’m going to run blood work to see how that dose impacts on D blood levels. Please don’t use d2 as your vit d source, it’s inferior and shown now to be potentially more harm than gd, I use life extension d3 from amazon

I think one of the main contributing factors is impact on appetite. We all agree ones ability to eat, to gain weight, to allow us to build muscle , is the priority in the offseason. If orals impede that, it’s nonsensical to utilise them in that period. So typically more novice/intermediate bodybuilders can get away with them as often their caloric needs aren’t as high, their stomach / g.i hasn’t been subjected to stresses of many offseasons
Already, so in that scenario oral use am and pm , daily , is useful . However I can’t do that, it will shut my eating down so fast that I would lose weight , so if I am to use an oral in an off-season setting , it’s always an inject version , pre wo only to break some plateaus in training to subject

I haven’t heard of either I’m afraid, I’m very simple when I come to gear, I find the source , like the guy who has made it, I make sure they give a shit about their product and then I stick with them. For me , this is Rohm, d4net , dimensions and precision but u can’t get precision anymore really as the main man got locked up so it’s just short dated stuff now , which is fine il use 2017 labelled gear in 2018 , will still be just as gd.
I haven’t really used any other labs over the last 3 -4 years, prior to that I only ever used one lab which was prochem as one of my best pals was one of the main guys, but sadly he died and prochem folded and now I don’t know

Glad your enjoying the journal guys , I always think these are the best reads and I love doing them where I can talk about what I’m thinking / feeling . WhT we change and why. It shows you my thought process more on a timeline
Next year will be cool as we will get an insight into Stefan’s thought process too, as my training is pretty much locked in now and will be fixed as I don’t like to change variables when dieting , it took a gd 10-12 weeks of playing with it until Corinne and I were happy that it would really bring her up well, but we are there with it now 🙂 , just takes a bit of doing stuff to feel it out
I’m not ill today whoop! Just one day being sick cost me 10 fucking pounds! Got on the scales this morn and was like; fuck u! Il have it back on end of week no doubt. Booked in my ecg too! Let’s see how the heart is ( please don’t be fucked )

Izeke, I think it’s pretty person dependant so there is no harm in running no pct meds and seeing how long it takes to recover

Being done. We have close to 300 vids so I think will take 6 months until we are all caught up and then going forward they will all have subtitles . I will actually make sure that all the new stuff gets subtitled and work from front to back now for you guys 🙂……
So this has been a gd week training but yday I had a really random sickness bug hit me and I was sick 5 times over the day, I couldn’t eat a thing, so literally was a 24 hour fast , never not been able to keep food down, I had bad upset stomach too! Never fun when it’s hitting you both at the same time. But I feel better today and managed a shake for breakfast , I had my usual intra shake to get in some carbs and proteins and electrolytes . I need to replace a lot of the hcl I would of thrown up so from tmo il use hcl+ pepsin with my solid meals to help me get going again 🙂

Of course, it’s ample. U wouldn’t need to take any test at all to make gains if taking 200 tren. But 300 ontop would be more than enough total anabolics to really grow …. UNLESS your already fucking big and grown maybe 25 + pounds lean tissue since u started bodybuilding then would likely need more gear

As per Deans reply , defo can be done… but isn’t anything I personally do or have directly advised a client to do. I have seen it cause lumps that don’t dissipate , so for that reason I would prefer IM

Well gear does help lose fat , but I do agree with the above that it isn’t what should be used to drop fat. Being in a caloric deficit from reducing food/ increasing energy expenditure is a sure fire way to drop fat. Adding in anavar to protect strength and retain muscle

What was progress like? Can u make more progress again on the same dose? I.e can u be even more accurate with training and diet to let the drugs work more for you?
An option would be 300 test , 200 nandrolone which would build more muscle than 500 test , with nandrolone being more anabolic.
The same could be used for trenbolome but I only would personally use this when pretty advanced.

Rotties, once u start to get soft and u start to think, ok I’m a bit fat in spots , and u notice it , like u notice all of a sudden ur lower back is that bit fatter. That’s the point . Once u notice , stop 🙂

Thanks for sharing guys, I like reading other peoples 🙂 , specially when we all have goals that are in line with each other.
Control what I can control, is my usual thought process :
So Mine is to keep growing the site as best I can, get as much cool footage of James and Luke to really give a true insight to being a pro bodybuilder 🙂
Nail my own stage look ( if this comes with a card that’s a bonus)
Make fewer mistakes again with clients I prep – I have done that every year , so another year again of that and hoping to really become a v gd coach 🙂 … takes time to get really good I think , years of mistakes and success – learning from it all
