It is So interesting that Luke can handle high test but not high tren. We talk about this kind of thing a lot between each other , so this is really cool that we can all share these insights 🙂 .

My macros were unchanged through my cruise , which is v cool, explains why I got a touch softer / fatter but it was necessary

Some people really just don’t seem to get deca dick, especially if estro is low. That’s why I like 1/2/4 – test :npp:primo , a 350 – 700 – 1400 cycle would be so gd, although 700 npp would be pushing it for me, prob feel better on 350 tren + 350 npp , and then reap the benefits of

So my take on carb powders guys and this is something Dr Scott Stevenson taught me back in 2012 and it still stands true.
During off season, we are typically overloaded with cals , digestion isn’t as efficient , and gastric emptying is usually slower. In this instance, using a really efficient carb powder that has a lower molecular weight, is advantageous as it will sit better during training.
During prep, if you are still using some intra carbs, you can likely get away with any powder at all here. As your likely to be hungrier, gastric emptying is fast , so the likelyhood of bloat is far diminished .
Cluster bomb by redcon COMBINED with breach, as we need electrolytes to most efficiently utilise those carbs intra. All of the literature showing fast gut clearance uses electrolytes.

Perfect form and get strong . Food wise Stefan likes all bodybuilder type foods which has actually helped me eat even more, but in terms of food set up we totally agree. Drugs we totally agree ,

Basically I could prob go as soon as June , but it depends how this first bit of offseason goes and if I can fill back out after the cruise / tidy up a bit more and make some improvements, in say just 8 weeks- which is do able tbh, as after 8 I’m prob not gonna get any more gains from the cycle unless cals go up, and that comes down to digestion and being able to handle even more food. Typically coming off a cruise, my appetite fights me
( before anyone hopes in and says try this, try that…. I am still getting in 800 ish g carbs a day , but I just hit a wall and then can’t get over it ) I could easily go over it when cruising , but then I would just get fat , and lifts aren’t going up enough to warrant taking up food.So I have been 275 all cruise , I’m a bit soft but not fat, as soon as cycle ramps, I would recomp and I always immediately gain 6-7 pounds. So after like 2 weeks il be 282 ish, but there, appetite will be like, fuck you, so it will be a battle to get to 290. But I should be able to do it because I’m stubborn , and then if I’m 290 say end of feb then I’m keen to just prep and get this going – mostly because I will hate eating by that point, I know it will need days of 1000 carb to hit 290 and I will just hate life at that point.
Plus side to that also is, if I get spanked in June which could easily happen if freaks turn up , I can go again in December in like the Philippines where everyone will be small and anyone gd will of already got their card, and il just swoop in and steal it from some local haha
So when we drop the hammer on drugs , if I have 8 weeks of not getting ill, no injuries , no travel / set backs that cost me weight, then it makes sense to me to prep
Just waiting on bloods and ecg this week and then we can get out of the cruise because that is fucking dull now tbh.

Chest and bis today with delt metabolic work, we went over to caveman fitness in Stoke. Absolutely unreal facility and I really advise people head over, Adam Pugh who runs it has dome such an amazing job there. We will be filming there Saturday so will show u guys how cool it is in there 🙂

I’m glad I’m not the only one who hates finger pricks lol.
