Mort it’s literally just the Lat activation work after legs , so no biggie at all really , just driving some blood in and contracting . I may alternate between that and upper back contraction work.

Eric there is zero scope for me to take up volume , I am at the upper limit. I don’t see the point in working at volumes that are low enough that there is scope to increase . low volume will be too low and that’s wasted weeks , then over reaching weare just damaging as fuck if u can trainfReally damn hard

I think if your staying Hydrated then kidney stress should be fine. All of Stefans guys run blood work and no one is coming back with any kidney issues so that’s a reassurance that when used sensibly it’s all ok.

274 from me. Not much to report , condition and size holding fine . 290 is ON when we drop the hammer again 🙂 , appetite is brilliant atm and Cv fitness is superb – not looking forward to both of those being a battle again when gear comes back in

Ryan I still have heavy presses in my routine , u watched the video … I just make sure the heavy presses are targeted . Keep your presses in , just maker sure you feel it . Just doing contraction work on flies won’t build a chest , it’s just metabolic work once have loaded

Eccentric deads load the erectors and upper back more , it’s just constant tension on the erectors , so instead of powerlifting for deads ( which j enjoy more) , am using the deadlift as more of a bodybuilding tool , both are perfectly effective , and it’s just the swap in stimulus that will be effective . I echo the dnp stance that Stefan takes , I think what I dislike most about it , is how unpredictable I find it. I think there are better tools at our disposal like Stefan has mentioned

Hey guys, let me try to play catch up on these. Let’s keep questions in here relevant, which they mostly all are which is cool
So I don’t personally use hcg when I cruise , I don’t plan on totally coming off anytime soon and re establishing HPTA function . If that is a goal at some point for you , then hcg is a useful tool pretty much year round imo at 500 iu twice a week

Hey guys, I think at low doses , test is more efficient at building muscle , as the sides are low, so 400mg test out works 400 primo. But let’s say 700-1000 primo wins imo when consider ALL factors, impact on appetite / health , wellbeing , ability to train like a machine . So ye it’s more down to the negative aspects of test impo, as it’s a case of primo just not having those. BUT , if U can roll with test and feel good don’ stray from that . Luke S handles test amazingly well, better than anyone , he can train well, eat well and recover well

Max it really depends how you feel. For me now. I want to Feel good all the time , that really does mean more progress . So trial both . it’s taken me years to work out that high test is shit and makes mostly everyone feel crap but
They just suck it up as that’s the bodybuilder way . That isn’t a smart way however and ensuring we need less aromatise inhibitors . Less water retention , less impact on blood pressure , less negative impact on appetite is a much smarter way and the drug choices should reflect that.trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

Alex let me read up on the ingredients , I haven’t properly looked at it if I’m honest. I look at each ingredient and then go on examine , read that full bio then go onto the studies and look at the most effective studies and read those , then usually will know what’s up with the product

Paul, defo defo better late than never buddy, yup 8 weeks and see, and then maybe again at 12-14 , unless ur ready to rock At 8 , which you maybe if have hit the health supps hard 🙂
Argh I have no idea where my bloods will be , il give blood , I am religious on health supps , I don’t do drugs or drink ( apart from maybe once a year ) , this last phase has been the most quality food I have ever eaten , so I’m hoping I can go again after 8 but if it’s longer then so be it .
Moderate test , a low dose of both tren + npp and then anavar/winny combo, would feel way better than high test and moderate npp 🙂
