Pwo meal I have rice flakes or a rice based cereal then I have jasmine rice , fish and veggies 🙂 . I have been taking ravenous on the way home from gym and that’s making a nice diff as preparing the gut for food 🙂

John M and Serrano advise is really damn Gd , but I think there isn’t a must for a serm it just depends on gyno as Stefan said. I won’t get gyno sides on that test ( I hope) and if I do, then we will chuck in a serm 🙂

During the cruise I think just leg day insulin pre will suffice. I can’t see a need to run insulin on any other days. I don’t see that gh dose causing such a diff in insulin resistance either , I think you need 10+ a day for it to become an actual issue where you NEED insulin

It’s not quite Cheltenham it’s a place called Tewkesbury , but no one will of heard of that. Lee powells gym will likely be used most .

Less drugs I can put in my body the better for a bit 🙂 . After a few days rest I feel pretty Gd , taken off 4 days . So I’m back at it tmo, prob run a Gd 6-8 weeks solid now before need another rest , but il chuck in extra rest days as and when based on recovery. Be interesting to see if I can hold this kind of body comp after 8 weeks , as

Cruise I’m doing 250 test , 300 primo / week . No a.i at all
Gh I’m taking up from 4.8 to 6 iu , il likely just split this 3 and 3 , on wake and then before bed – just for ease. If I ever forget an on wake shot il do it post workout as I do get a little sleepy after the shots sometimes.

Dean I found my notes on my cpap prescription and becuase I’m a ” mouth breather ” I have to use a full face mask. So taping the mouth wouldn’t be a fun experience for me haha

I’m moving to Cheltenham area , so not really the south , but south from me now haha
I won’t be fixed in one gym, there are 3-4 I will use so can hit them at the quiet times 🙂 , I’m really not a fan of a busy gym. I LOVE strength it’s an amazing gym, but it does get to me a bit when it’s v busy. I’d train at like 2am when it’s empty if I could adjust my body clock haha.

Rotties I like sauekraut . Apple cider i haven’t used , but the issue was trigger foods . They needed removing . So them out and I’m flying now. Also AD ravenous has helped me a lot! Such a damn Gd product . Im prob not meant to plug other brands now I’m signed with Redcon but seriously ravenous is a must with any meat meal imo! That and chew ur food, which I don’t do lol.So more blabbering , I was SO tempted to jump into prep to do Columbia in 13 weeks as I’m still way leaner than I thought I would be. I could look Gd enough to win I think ( it wouldn’t be a crazy hard comp, no one is going to Colombia in February lol) but I was on high doses for 19 weeks of diet and now 8 weeks post. I didn’t even do my shot yday as j just feel overwhelmed in my
Body atm. Not just specifically gear , but I have trained SO SO hard without a break since dieting , that I’m just a bit shot now. Today I couldn’t really get out of bed and that’s sleep apnea related. For those with apnea you will know the feeling , when ur mask didn’t really have u breathing too well, and u wake up just lifeless. This gets worse when heavier too. So that’s where I feel right now. This will be an easy fix though, I just need to cruise , monitor my calipers ( 3 fattest sites ) and adjust food accordingly as obv going from 2.5g drugs down to 500mg will mean fat gain. Which we don’t want just for the sake of holding the scale weightSo 6-8 week cruise. I think would be cool to video me going to the lab this time to do bloods and getting my ecg. I think my apnea will be having a bit of an impact on my heart , so I’m keen to see how it’s holding up atm
So take home message guys,

Ok so I have dropped to a cruise already , these 8 weeks have been epic but I am smashed. No point staying on high doses another Month.
Time to clean out , get bloods and ecg .I have pulled all wheat and diary from my diet . Was really causing me digestive issues. In 3 days dropped 6 pounds just from taking them out ! Crazy the inflammation they must of been causing to drop that much off .
So literally zero processed foods in my diet atm , food volume is very high and hard to eat but I have less digestive issues . So it’s literally just a feeling of full up, which I can handle as means I’m better utilising food rather than reacting to the foods

I don’t understand the question about johns training ? He trains in a way that doesn’t kill his body , sub max work , with more volume .
I will prob have to do that In a few years time too as won’t be able to lift the weights I do without pain. So wil need more sub max sets to get the job done.

Sas has been too busy with work to get over to train and I’m moving back down south again in a month or so. So him working with Chris makes a lot of sense. We are still v Gd pals, I’m always here to help him
