    280.1 today , rest day again

    December 10th will start my cruise , so I have 4 weeks left. I think I can put on another 6-7 pounds in that time and then will see if I can hold it while I cruise for 6 weeks. I need to run some heart checks at
    The end of this cruise just to see where I’m at with heart function in relation to the last tests I did ( a while
    Ago) as blood work isn’t always indicative of heart issues.

    Then all being well we can attack things for 12 weeks

    Cardio this morn was Gd , getting fitter! Did my session at 133bpm for 25mins which is hard work for me , I really have to push myself hard
    To do that. So I’m excited for
    When it comes a bit easier to me and I can really excel in the weights sessions from being fitter

    Anthony that’s not johns overall approach . For the last 5-6 years he has advocated once per week frequency with a secondary top up session for weak body parts

    The higher frequency work stems more so from dr Scott Stevenson , who writes a lot for John. So I’d check out fortitude training to read the literature on high frequency training

    Luke, you won’t become reliant on gda supps , and they are only really useful when over feeding carbs imo . When dieting there is much less need for them as our insulin sensitivity is high , so maybe only pwo meal in that phase

    Maxi, watch the gh videos. Atm I split am and pm everyday. I realty don’t ever see a diff when I take the gh . If I was to add more I would do 3 shots , am / mid day / pm

    Cristos, depends on starting calories . But I’m going to guess cals started at maybe 4000. So i would back to 3400
    Or so immediately and then slowly build cals once the Initial weight gain has settled

    Stephen the irony of the skull crushers is funny isn’t it. Some people can do them amazingly well with no pain, and if so… Crack on and enjoy. But for me they are tricep tendinitis almost instantly.

    Rotties, such an interesting discussion. I think it certainly feels like a novel stimulus , I haven’t ever had pumps like I do now and never felt muscles contract as accurately, so it’s v much challenging the muscle in a way I haven’t ever done. I think becuase I have got strong previously it’s also allowing me to still use decent loading now too, so that load + accuracy , is doing Gd things.

    I’m still unsure what I would prescribe tbh , this is something I have been pondering as I write new plans . As I think it depends on the individuals ability to get strong while maintaining form. The biggest dudes ever , didn’t use crazy strict form- but they were the strongest! So that always tells us a lot doesn’t it. I think strive for as much accuracy as you can while ensuring ur making big leaps forward in strength and body weight , is going to see someone grow the most

    Rotties, it’s so hard to answer isn’t it , I absolutely don’t want to shun what I did to get the muscle on, but I think it could of just been fine tuned much sooner . The goal has to be , to get super strong , but it has to be muscular adaptations. I think il be 255-260 onstage next year at
    The rate things are going, as il certainly go upto 300 pounds because I am still not fat , and 280 is ticked off and we are en route to 290 now.

    Rows are great for deadlifts , and deadlifts are King for back thickness imo.
    So rows serve an indirect purpose I suppose 🙂

    Eq I find no use for tbh, it’s a weak drug that still aramotises. Primo trumps it by miles. Masteron is superb but when v lean. It doesn’t have much use for building muscle imo

    With rugby , I had/ have compartment syndrome . Would of needed an op to
    Fix which isn’t always a success .
    Club dropped me instead of going that route

    I have done 7 or 8 cardio sessions now , upto 25 mins at 125bpm on a rest day

    I have rice based cereal post workout , the rest of my carbs are predominantly rice and oats . And then I have a couple bagels in the big carb meals

    I’m not overly fussy on lifting straps. Anythjng that works tbh , never used a strap that didn’t work.

    After the cruise yup probably tren back in and primo up. I simply hate any drugs that hold water now , the heavier I get the more and more I hate them as just don’t bring Anythjng positive Imo . Totally
    Fine when your still pretty light , but once heavy , they will just bring problems imo

    Pull today , 279 this am we filmed this and it will be up likely tomorrow

    278 still, today is my 850 carb , 6400 cal day with 10iu slin pre wo. 280 will be ticked off tmo no doubt 🙂

    Update , 278.4 this am. Heaviest been this year , body weight jumped up out of nowhere. 6 more weeks until I fin my cycle and cruise, I want to get to 290 minimum as the muscle is going on very well. Then I’m going to cruise for 6 weeks and do my best to hold what I have , then another 12 week blast ! That blast the goal so far is to go over 300.
    I said I wouldn’t do it again; but if it’s quality , then fuck it , let’s get ridiculously big 🙂

    Josh, means my legs are fresh to deadlift . Once I am back into the swing of pulls, I will be able to hit better sets than going into the sessions with tired legs
