    Brian, if read my posts I said that it will lower hematocrit 🙂 .
    If after cycle your hematocrit is high them yes. But judging by your question I can tell you don’t even get blood work after cycles, so start with that , and then take the necessary steps to fix what’s out of line buddy

    Banded seated machine press, fairly light band tension , just something to contract hard against at lockout : 1 X 6 , 1 X 8

    Paused incline dumbell press : 3-4 second eccentric , pause for 1
    Second under tension, contract chest to lift . 1 X 7 , 1 X 9

    High incline machine press , 1 X 5 , 1

    Banded dip machine , heavy band on lockout : 1 X 8, 1 X 8 drop

    Pat, awesome, now to solidify that form, be sure you stay connected with the muscle and then … And only then, start to get strong ! And then try to get really damn fucking strong 🙂

    In honesty I can’t say with the forearms, they just grow. They always pump up amazingly well, so they must activate a fair bit in everything I do. Lucky muscle for me that one

    Rob as soon as you give blood ur hematocrit will lower, its basically instant as long as you don’t have issues that stop it being so, then it takes a few donations / blood leggings.

    So I’m going to take out a couple hundred ml next weekend and then il run bloods 2 weeks after as them I will of been off orals 6 weeks , am I can see where my liver is at ( should Be back in by them with all the tudca I’m using ) . Not going to video it as that’s a bit odd , but il talk through what I’m doing . I don’t really advise ppl do this in all honesty just incase you give yourself an infection or hit a nerve , or damage a vessel. I have been on a phlebotomy course for my uni, so I know what I’m doing. So for anyone that does need to lower hematocrit , give blood or see your gp and have it done by a pro.

    Jon, my caloric intake will dictate general ability to stay lean, primo I like because yup v low sides. high test I hate, high npp I feel a bit shit too. primo feels like I’m taking nothing, although visually I can see I am, it really is, aside from tren, my fav drug

    nick, my preference is push pull legs. I feel I respond better upper body wise to that frequency and volume. ft was very effective for my legs however.

    Pull today guys, my weight has jumped up quite quick and I have filled right back out now which is nice. Obv starting to store body fat but that’s no biggie. Will be interesting to see how much new tissue can be gained from the accuracy of training Muscles and not just movements.

    Ben is setting a volume that is like q fail safe. He isn’t to know how intense ppl train, and volume we know is usually a driver of hypertrophy ( unless u train like an absolute crazy person / ala Dorian) . So Ben has been smart there and thought well if I give them 8 sets , some growing has to occur and then if I give them 5 drops , some metabolite accumulation has to occur.
    I have never needed as much volume because A I train at higher frequency, so Beating the living shit out of a muscle will limit that and B I can cause a ton of muscle damage because I’m strong .

    Feel out your volume , see how you recover from the prescribed volume and adjust accordingly . It’s never about what you can do but what you can recover from

    Austin, it depends is the answer. I think we can all be mindful of ensuring we are loading muscles. You will see on a lot of my videos that will be Coming up that for now, as I focus on really engaging the muscle that I will almost pause at the fully lengthened position under load, to be totally accurate as to what initiates the movement . Once I have drummed in this level of internal cueing , I can make that more of a single movement as opposed to a pause which would take my loading down a fair bit. The exercises you select is up to you. If you like barbell press, then banding it is maybe wise , but equally so using dumbells offers a really Gd profile as an exercise anyways , the humerus come to the midline of the body so shortening the muscle is easier than on a barbell ( hence the use of bands to over load the top end to force a greater contraction where the contraction would normally drop off)

    I just dropped out tren e , to have a break from that and all orals are out

    So now for this phase doing :

    1g primo
    600npp
    400 test

    No a.i use at all . Just keeping an eye on potential gyno sides and will add tamox if needed and lower test a touch . I will run bloods soon but I will blood let first .
    Going to do it myself this time rather than donate blood. Just take out a couple hundred ml and then il see where that leaves my hematocrit . I’m hoping to get liver values back in ASAP. Orals and a.i out will give my cholesterol a rest bite but it won’t get back in while still on 2g total drugs so will need to cruise soon. Which will see me drop npp and cut the primo N test in half

    No need to cycle band work , imagine bands as just a machine that overloads where you want it to. Zero reason to stop using them on Certain moves. Any quad compound work I will now band always

    Machines/free weights, either /or .
